The bike was amazing, but the customer service at Trek Coppell was the biggest seller. I had ordered online and there was confusion on the third party delivery. I instead went to the physical location where everything was handled seamlessly. Had it all handled, bike in hand, new friends made within 30 minutes. Amazing store, amazing people and I am glad the online order had a hiccup because connections with humans matter. 10/10 from me for Trek Coppell and their team.
Brought in my wife's 30 year old cannondale. The team was able to get it back to like new condition for very little cost compared to what a new one would cost. Amazing team and great knowledge people who helped me get this bike back up and running for another 30 years.

My wife and I had a great experience with buying bicycles at Bike world. Our sales associate Nick M. did a wonderful job in explaining the bikes we were interested in and how they would benefit our riding experience. He's very knowledgeable about the bikes we bought and made my wife feel very comfortable with her choice in bikes and riding. Great job and we'll let others know about Bike World.

The staff was very helpful. I mainly dealt with Steve, who showed me how my Electra eBike would work and answered all my questions.
When it got more technical, the technicians were only too happy to jump in, including assessing whether and how the Townie Go! would fit in my car (it did, completely, in one piece) and offering help.
Before I picked up my eBike, I received a call that it was all put together.
I had looked at a softer seat, which required some technical knowledge to install, and again, the guys didn't mess around.
The whole atmosphere of the store was great; lots of inventory and working people, not the ones who stand around and make a customer feel that their social life is interrupted - everyone in the store was working steadily, and I loved that they wore store t-shirts and Vans-style socks - everything fit in this neighborhood cycle shop. Even though it is more than 100 miles one-way for me, I'll be back for the special bike care I was offered.
