South Lyon Cycle is the MOST customer service business I have the pleasure of doing business with. They are friendly, helpful, and go way beyond the norm to assist.
I have purchased a few bikes there and would highly recommend them. My last purchase was a CLASS1 e-bike. I’ve had it about 5 years. I get their Spring tuneup and follow all recommendations to keep it in perfect running condition. I’ve also bought some accessories and a bike rack there.
They are always price competitive and assist with assembly of your purchase.

Incluso me dejaron llevar las piezas que cambié, algo que me dio muchísima confianza. Mientras viva por aquí no creo que cambie de taller, la verdad.

ABC Bicycles put together my bike after I brought it on the plane from NY for a coast-to-coast ride. The service was fantastic on all fronts. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great bike shop!!!

This is the second time I am replying to you .I am a huge Trek fan. Always have been. Have only ever ridden Trek bikes I. have had dealings with Trek Bikes Fourways for a long time & and the service is always excellent. I really want to thank Matt for all his efforts & help in sorting out my recent bike issue. However when I collected my bike last week I was told that the bike was test ridden . When I went out for a ride after I collected my bike there was a bad rattling sound coming from the back wheel. Lucky for me the guy I was riding with knows more than me & we noticed the break shoe at the back was completely loose . Whoever worked on the bike left it loose & clearly it was not test ridden . Most dissappointing !!!
