The technicians in the service department are wizards. Straight shooters, no nonsense, deeply knowledgeable but honest if they are not sure of an answer, always trying to respond quickly to my needs, often with a wry sense of humor. Every time I stop in with a problem, I walk out feeling relieved and confident that it will be solved efficiently and competently.
