I always seem to respond the same each time I get this, cleaning is just ok. Nothing is ever really cleaned well- especially the floors.

My business was left unlocked and the alarm was not set exposing the business to theft.

First I would like to take the opportunity to say that I was pleased with Nancy, she was always on time, and did her job well. What I would change is the following: when cleaning a particular area, I feel things should be moved to assure that all dust and dirt is removed rather than just going around things. I'd want to see that floor corners and toilet areas are thoroughly cleaned. I'd also like to know in advance the correct time the maids are going to show up. For instance, I'd have to call the morning of the cleaning to find out what time I was schedule for my cleaning, instead I'd receive a call the night before just confirming the day (not time) of the cleaning.

I like the products you use and wish I could get some of them myself for in between cleanings.
My three favorite girls are always so pleasant and do a good job. If I see anything that I would like to have done, they do it with a smile on their faces.

We used the services of Merry Maids after we moved from our home...the ladies arrived on time, we walked through the house together in case there were any questions and that was that. Although I did not return to the house before the walk through with the new home owners, I was informed by my realtor that the house was spotless and the new owners were so appreciative that the house was cleaned so thoroughly. Thank you for that.
My initial meeting with Lisa to set up the schedule for cleaning went smoothly - Lisa was most professional, explained the process and the products used, listened to my concerns.

Every week I still find dust in very obvious places that should be cleaned. I just don't think the cleaning is really professional.

Do better job cleaning

The products are nontoxic. Everyone who comes to work at our house is polite, on time and very good at what they do.

This was the second time that the work I requested I wasn't done on the first job. I had to have someone come out twice to fix issues that i felt was a routine part of the cleaning-making my bed, changing sheets, sweeping the stairs, polish pictures. And these were in rooms that were requested to be my concentration rooms. The job should be done on the first request for the amount of money that is charged.

The team arrived on schedule. While the house smelled clean, it didn't reek of harsh chemicals.

I ASKED TO HAVE ONE OF BATHROOM TUBS SCRUBBED 5 TIMES AND IT IS STILL NOT DONE. SO I DID IT MYSELF

I wish the cleanings were consistent. There are weeks the girls do a good job and then we will have a week where we will have to clean after the girls are gone. This past cleaning we came home to- floors not swept never mind washed, stairs not vacuumed, furniture not dusted (the buffet in the dining room still had petals from a vase of flowers that was disposed of that morning), trash not emptied and overflowing in the office and laundry room, and the ceiling fan on the first floor was covered in dust. The reason we have a cleaning service is because I have asthma, so the dusting and chemicals causes flare ups of the asthma. But if I have to clean when I come home then it defeats the purpose of having a cleaning service. We have called and complained to the manager and he tries to correct the problem but to no avail. We are seriously considering taking our business else where.

When the 1st women came I explained exactly what I would like done. She said ok and she was very nice and I thought we were all set. The day the 2 girls came to clean I was there and explained again what I would like done. The were very nice and I left. I was told for 225.00 that I would get a top to bottom detailed clean. I called because I wanted white woodwork done. I came home to find floors done and they wiped the kitchen and bathroom counters. 225.00 for that???

We have yet to receive our cleaning this month. We have gotten practically no explanation for the screw up and hardly even a response from the office. I plan to cancel this device next week if this situation is not remedied. Extremely disappointed.

The service was good, but the older lady got really tired quick and did not clean the blinds and some other things. The blinds were cleaned after it was mentioned to her. So I think after a certain age, younger women should be hired. The bathtub looks completely white again. Overall, they did a good job. Thanks.

Friendly staff, thorough service and the house smells clean.

I was charged $20. for cleaning a small bedroom late June/early July
but was not told of an additional fee. I called and was told I would hear
back about this...never heard.
I would not have OKed the extra fee- and would have just done it myself (very small space).
Also in previous years, the room was cleaned for me during the summer with no extra fee.

Lately I think the workers are very rushed -- they don't do all the rooms and many rooms are just quickly touched. Even my 17-year-old son said the other day that the house just doesn't seem as clean as it used to. And there is the continuing issue of the cleaners breaking the knobs on our cooktop; we've had to replace all four and now have one of the new ones that is broken. We love the reliability of Merry Maids and the fact that we can trust them in our home. Both the office staff and the workers are very friendly and professional. But unfortunately we are thinking about looking for a new service.

I used merry maids for the first time & I will definitley use them again. I was so happy with how beautiful my house looked. Thank you!

Everything was clean and even the stuff you never think about cleaning or ever see

For the price we paid, we could hardly see that Merry Maids was there. The person who moved in couldn't even tell that Merry Maids had been in. We asked that the bathrooms be cleaned (the toilets were brand new); no one wiped down walls, etc. We asked that appliances be wiped down and it just was not done to our satisfaction. It was very expensive, and we will not use you again. We'd like some of our money back.
