I find areas ex:( under edge of rugs, mirrors, rungs of chairs & window sills ) still not clean.

Bathroom tile & light fixture could be attended to also.

the details are often missed such as cleaning behind doors or under bureaus.

Cleaner was pleasant and walked me through finished house. On the surface, things looked good. However, later, when I had time to check all the details, several things had been overlooked. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning to prepare for sale of house. However, the top of fridge had not been done, windowsil in office still had dead mosquitoes on it, leaving me to think it had not been dusted. Though area rug in office had been vacuumed, the wood floor around it was still dirty. A coin that had been on an area rug was still there, leaving me to think that it had not been vacuumed, under bed did not look like it had been done. A vent I specifically asked to be cleaned was overlooked. I was suspicious when the company sent one person to do this "deep cleaning" and even more so when it was completed in two hours. On a positive note, the tub, bathroom floor, and light fixtures were visibly cleaned. I think the service would be ok for a house with an excess of dirt, but definitely not a service I would want on a regular basis...would be cheaper to hire a babysitter for a few hours and do it myself, I am not looking for a "fix" just want company to be a little more honest about what a "deep cleaning" really is.

The cost is very expensive. I would have Merry Maids more often if they would reduce the cost.

The service gives me the ability to spend time with my family.

The major reason I like Merry Maids services is that I can customize my home's cleaning needs and know they will be taken care of. Merry Maids is a very professional service and I have recommended them to friends and family.

They do a great job

My bathroom wasnot properly cleaned and the price on the contract was not accurate. That's false advertisement. Also all the work they said would be done didnot get done

I guess they get the job done, but to be honest...sometimes I think they come in sweep the floor, make the bed and throw a sheet of paper on the table to prove they were there and leave.

Cleaning is just ok, nothing great

I was particularly pleased with the cleaning job today and would hope to see these two women clean my house again. The women

The house is always clean and tidy after visits, and the ladies often do little extra things they might find on their visits like folding a piece of clothing left behind or cleaning a dish in the sink.

We were really pleased with the initial cleaning. We have found all the personnel very respectful which we have really appreciated. There have been some mixups regarding days and times which has been a minor frustration. The interim cleanings have been mixed... some better than others, but overall acceptable.

I would like the slider in my family room cleaned inside and out and kitchen closet floor cleaned. Other than that, I was quite satisfied with cleaning.

Fast and clean

My house is very clean and smells clean.

Always keep to scheduled appointments; do a terrific job in my home; feel secure to know that the employees are trustworthy and professional.

Cleaning is very hit or miss, a lot of money to pay for a job that is often not thorough, have recently had to call to have them come back to clean again because job was so unsatisfactory, we are considering canceling the service.

Be more thorough with vacumning and dusting.

Try to give a better cleaning for the high rates you charge. I should not be finding dust or food stains on my stove after a cleaning that expensive.

The Merry Maids are prompt, courteous,friendly and do a very good job. And the reminder call the day before is great!

I was disappointed with my initial "deep cleaning", as they didn't clean or dust obvious areas very well and seemed to totally ignore areas between or behind many objects. I pointed out a dirty ring on my nightstand that hadn't been cleaned and was told that the stain was permanent, as he used his all-purpose cleaner and couldn't get it up. As soon as they left, I got a sponge, put some warm water and cleaner on it, and the stain was gone in less than ten seconds of scrubbing. They didn't spend nearly as much time as was predicted by the company, and although I hoped it was because they were efficient, it was because they did a very superficial cleaning, especially in the living room/bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom seemed more thoroughly taken care of, but the stove wasn't touched. Overall, I simply couldn't tell that the apartment had been cleaned. I expected a professional cleaning to be better than what I could do on my own. During the second cleaning, however, the team really got behind and between books, picture frames, DVDs, etc, and thoroughly cleaned all surfaces; when they left, there was a difference in how the apartment looked. I would just hope that future cleanings are done just as thoroughly, if not more thoroughly.

i have complete trust in your representatives in my home. i am always delighted when i return home to find my home smelling fresh and clean. i am so very thankful for your services!

If possible I'd like my Sales Rep to pay a visit to discuss my feedback. I don't normally complain about things and as I've stated before that maybe I'm expecting more out of your services. I don't know how anyone can completely clean a kitchen or bathroom in just 15 minutes. My kitchen floor was not cleaned thoroughly and they seem to clean around things. Nothing get moved.

For the most part you do a great job -- always come when scheduled, very reliable, no problems with the people in my home. However there are always small thing that go wrong and for what you charge, I can't give you a higher score. I do recognize I could always have you back, but that's a hassle and usually I just take care of the small problems myself.

I have had a male cleaner, who was in such a rush, that he missed many areas of my home.

I find Merry Maids to be attentive to my needs and flexible when needed to my schedule. In addition, I have come to appreciate Nancy, the person who takes such good care of me and my home. Her attention to detail does not go unnoticed by me. She washes the kitchen floor on her hands and knees and makes sure to wipe the back spash underneath the counters, which is very impressive. I truly appreciate the excellent job she does and her attention to detail. Thank you Merry Maids.

attention to detail could be better.

Although sometimes the cleanings are thorough, other times they haven't been. I have 2 small kids and three cats, so I can definitely tell when an area has been neglected! Last week when the baseboards and corners were the supposed "area of focus" there was still fur and crumbs all over the living room. It was very frustrating to look forward to the cleaning and then to have to vacuum as soon as I got in. Also, I am having a hard time getting the cleaning crew here at the time that I've requested, which is problematic since my kids need to nap.

We have no complaints only compliments. Having said that, the people we have had in our home are your best asset.
