I like that the day of the cleaning is consistent - Wednesday, every two weeks.
The cleaner assigned to my home, Sharon, is extremely professional and pleasant. It is clear that she takes pride in her work.

Poor job of washing floors (a good cleaning) and appliances - depends on who does the cleaning but usually the kitchen floor is given a light once over at best. They do a good job of dusting and vacuuming but not anything that requires elbow grease. When they leave notes that the baseboard or windowsills have been cleaned, they have never been cleaned.

They respond to feedback well & do a good job most of the time...

Consistency , good humor of employees who come to the house...willingness to be flexible when a change on schedule is needed

Things are actually already improving after I got in touch with office staff. I am hopeful that by the next survey I will be able to give a solid 9.

Overall always a goof job.
One thing to improve would be to remove the trash to the grabs room located near the elevators.

I would like to have a list of what is expected for them to do I think they do a good job but I do not think they do everything

Maids have been doing much better lately. I was disappointing with the cleanings during the month of July but during the month of August they have been doing a much better job.

Cleaning appliances like inside oven and refrigerator would be nice.

I like that you clean areas that I don't get to. And the house usually smells nice when you're done.

I LOVE having Lisa clean my home, she is very thorough, cleans every thing, never misses anything. I've had others come but no one does a cleaning like Lisa.

My expectations for a first time "deep cleaning" was not met. I did speak to a manager who did a sight visit same day. Solution was to come back and complete tasks that were not done.

Cobwebs werent cleaned, corners wernt cleaned, drawers under cabinets in kitchen left dirty,

Coming home to dirty dishes in sink isn't a pleasant experience.

They said they focused on the bathroom and bedroom this past week, but neither were messy or dirty b/c I had been away all week. It would be nice if the dishes were cleaned and put away.

The deep clean was disappointing. I was told appliances would be cleaned. Murphys oil soap would be used. None of that was done. There is still dust under all of the furniture including the sofa. When I walk into my place it doesn't feel or smell clean.

It's just clear they came in, made the bed, whipped down a few surfaces, and left.

It's better than nothing but far from good.

There is a paper left describing what was done, but it is not really accurate. "Dusted chandelier"?? I don't have a chandelier. I really want/need a cleaning service. If the current performance continues I'll have no choice but to look elsewhere.

We paid for a deep cleaning of the house and all that was done was vacuum the carpets in the house - only the exposed carpet
