I thought it was very expensive.

My house is not getting properly cleaned. I have never had as many cobwebs as I have had since merry maids started cleaning. My next cleaning will be my last unless something changes dramatically.

The house shines when the Merry Maids are through. I especially like the wood floor cleaner, how the floor looks great and smells just as good.

First, our MM team captain Theresa, is phenomenal! Quality service and extremely pleasant. I would be highly disappointed if Theresa were not available to us. In fact, we would have cancelled if not for Theresa. Second, the quality of the products that are used is obvious. My home is clean. Enough said. Lastly, please see to it that Theresa is recognized as the model cleaner. Quality over quantity any day. My home is clean!

Quality of my first cleaning did not meet my expectations. Seemed sloppy - eg counters were washed but stuff that had to be moved to clean them (like toothbrushes) were all piled in a heap. Sheets were changed but bed was made very messily - untucked at the sides and bottom. Found dust on top of fridge and under cabinets. I had left the door to the laundry (off family room) open and it was not cleaned - just needs trash emptied and rug vacuumed. Very disappointed, especially for the first cleaning.

I like the woman who comes to clean my apartment weekly, Lisa. She is so good, very thorough, nothing missed, every spec of dust,ect. is gone when I come home from work. It is such a nice feeling knowing you have such a good cleaner doing your home every week, it feels good when I walk in the door. I had other cleaners come out and most (if not all) did a poor job, skipped things, didn't empty the wast basket, etc. When I came home to that I was not pleased at all and did call and complain. If I am paying for a service I expect it to be done properly. With Lisa I never have to worry, she is great every time. Don't ever loose her!

I was home 2 weeks ago when the maid came in. She was there for less than an hour, but it still cost me $81. These days I'm home about 3 nights a week. So I'd like to either reduce my rate or switch to a once a month schedule.

Last cleaning was just okay -- kitchen sink wasn't even cleaned. We've also had to repeatedly have our stove top knobs replaced at $20 each. For $160 per cleaning, we expect better, especially since three of our four bedrooms and two of our four bathrooms are currently not being used and therefore were unchanged from the last cleaning.

We used to use Merry Maids in Riverside, RI - I think they were out of East Providence, and when you went home you would know your house was in a pristine condition, you could even smell a clean cinnamon-like smell - not sure if this was something used to wash the hardwood floors. I wish my current Merry Maids used this same cinnamon-smelling product. I currently live in Newton, MA - I believe our Merry Maids is located in West Roxbury. There is something to be said when you walk into your house and it smells clean and looks pristine.

The new person who comes to our house is very, very good. A significant improvement from earlier teams. Please keep sending her.

I'd like to try different cleaner. The mats as you enter and in front of kitchen sink weren't shaken out or vacuumed.
I'm considering dropping my service. It's expensive and mediocre. Corners are often left with webs. Smudges on risers or stair wall go unnoticed.
Edges of kitchen floor are left with crumbs. Tables are dusted, but not the items on the table.
Sorry to be cranky, but it's a lot if money for the time put in here.

Service is reliable,come home to a clean and fresh smelling home that I didn't have to clean !Never any concern about home safety

people are nice. Cleaning is thorough. Products are environmentally friendly.

We were very dissapointed for the money we paid. The kitched floor wasn't completely cleaned or the front of the refridgerator. We hired them because we had construction done and everything was dusty and they missed cleaning some of the glasses and on top of the refridgerator.

My home always smells great and clean when I get home.

The service is excellent.Deb is always on time and very efficient. The products seem to work, however, I would like to see a proper steamer for some jobs.

Your maids told me they dust from top to bottom but there are cobwebs in the corners and our fan in our den (the room we are in the most often) was caked with dust and dirt. I just cleaned it myaelf tbree days ago. Also, they aren't cleaning,the glass lamp pieces on chandelier of dining room and they are easily cleaned by removing the pieces and wiping them with Windex.
