I appreciate the fact that the last person who cleaned my place organized my clutter. I had come home from a trip and hadn't finished unpacking. My place was very disorganized. I really liked that my stuff was straitened up.

It was really great.

I like that the day of the week my home is cleaned is regularly scheduled.

I think Teresa, and Jen who I had today, were exceptionally thorough. Many of the maids rush through their jobs hence their work lacks thoroughness and any attention to detail. If all the Maids were more like Teresa and Jen they could greatly improve their customer's happiness with their work.

I met Sarah this past Monday who was at our house for the first time. She was right on time, extremely friendly and accommodating (we were still home since it was a holiday.) The house was SPOTLESS when we got home that afternoon. Very happy with her work!

Your folks are absolutely reliable! I'm not absolutely clear about what products you use. I'm more used to such things as Pledge and the lovely smells of lemon and orange. The use of vinegar and water in cleaning the floors, but I wonder how that's what is used.

Responsive to feedback, thorough ...wish they would call me back when I leave a message. I have to call multiple times...

I have Lisa (and only Lisa) from the Hanover/Norwell, MA office - who comes to clean my apartment. She is the BEST! I walk into my apartment at the end of the day and I can see and smell the clean, she is very, very detail oriented and I feel good knowing she is doing my cleaning.

Have had other people in the past but they skipped details, I think because I have a small apartment and it's always neat and orderly, so they think they can just walk in and 10 minutes later walk out and say it's done. Had to call many times to complain about this and then another person would be sent out to do what the first person didn't do. That is just ridiculous - just do the job right the first time and you will have no problems.

With Lisa I have never had a problem and if she was to leave Merry Maids I don't know what I would do, no one else comes close to her in cleaning.

The service is always dependable and they will 'work' with me if I need to reschedule occasionally due to entertaining schedules, etc.

The maids are very pleasant and accommodating. Very thorough cleaning.

There have been many times I've had to call because things were not cleaned and that was very frustrating. However Judy went above and beyond last month when my dog went the bathroom on the floor and she cleaned it up. Since Judy has been the one consistently coming to my house things have improved! Kudos to Judy!!!! But I'm still not likely to recommend merry maids to a friend because it was a nuisance to have to keep calling after every cleaning. That lasted a few months.

I feel they should clean all the rooms every time they come the same way! You get the same price everytime we should get the same thorough cleaning every time! I tend to find some things overlooked!

I've asked a few times for my cleaner to make sure they vacume around the edges of the floor especially in the entrance hall and kitchen.There is often dirt left there.

Inconsistent service and the need to clean the shower myself

I am very happy with the attention that Kevin gives not only to cleaning my home but to my scheduling needs. He really knows how to give professional customer service while always maintaining a positive attitude and enthusiasm for his work.

I like the communication (reminder calls, notes each time letting me know the focus area, asking for feedback, etc.). I would say the quality of cleaning each time is inconsistent, not bad but some times we are very happy with the service and other cleanings there seems to be some pretty clear areas that were missed - almost as if it is a different person each time?
