The food was not good. I ordered online & still had to wait 20 minutes after I got there.
My family had an excellent experience while we ate dinner. The food was good, and our waitress Sarah was phenomenal and did an amazing job!
I got sick after eating chicken wings with my husband there. I had blue cheese with them but my husband did not. I got sick and he was fine. Thinking the blue cheese was expired or not kept cold enough.
Sometimes the wings are great, sometimes they are decent. It’s hit or miss, not sure if it is the cook and luck of the draw of who is working or something else. Monday is also the only day wings are reasonably priced.

I ordered a meal and I also ordered the cookie with ice cream and the cookie was very disappointing. It did not have the shape of a big cookie at all. It looked like a big blob of just melted dessert. I don’t know what they were thinking when they put this cookie in the container, but this is unacceptable. This was my first time purchasing this, and it will be my last.

The server knows me and exactly what I eat and how I like it! And is an excellent server! And takes the time too wait on you and check on you! Send all refills and everything else! I have been coming here for years! But could never get the app too work! But now it’s working! The manager and my server are absolutely awesome! East coast wings is my all time favorite place to go and eat! I bring my friends and I have patronized this establishment since it’s grand opening in Bartlett Tennessee! And there is a certain cook! Never met them but they seasoned my food perfectly! There food and there service is absolutely amazing! Best restaurant ever! East coast wings in Bartlett Tennessee! You will absolutely love it!

The flavor was good and the sauce on point but the value for the money was definitely not there. 5 wings for $11 is a bit much but acceptable if the wings are of substantial size. Extremely small wings. Very little meat and the presentation was not ideal. Definitely the smallest wings in the area. The drinks were tasty but over priced; Moscow mule was halfway full. The burger was 100% legit. I want to come back but the portion/price ratio was not ideal. May give it another try maybe.
We enjoy all of the flavors . The wings are so delicious and fresh. I love those sweet potatoe fries with the sauce . The veggies are always crisp and fresh. The staff is always polite and helpful. Team effort is the best . Thank you for your location here .in Florence .
My son and his wife always stop by there when they are on the way back to Columbia. There is not an East Coast Wing restaurant in Columbia. You are the best .
