The Wings are the best in Clemson and the service was outstanding ! Thanks , First name removed
Our experience this past time was not too good. We waited a good 5 to 7 minutes before our waitress came to wait on us. We did get our food at a reasonable time. It was good. However, the waitress never came back to check on us or refill our drinks. We had to track her down to get our bill which we waited for over 10 minutes to receive. The customer service has declined at this East Coast for some time now. I haven't been coming as often due to this. The place was not very busy. (I think others perhaps feel the same as I do - the customer service has drastically suffered.) It seemed that the folks sitting at the bar were getting more attention than the other customers in the restaurant. I don't think I can give a favorable recommendation to others to eat there. The food has always been good but if you go just know that you may be waiting a while to be served.
The food and staff was fantastic! I enjoyed my wings and the nachos everything was on point!
The meal at the restaurant was very good. The take out order was very bad.
Make booths a little bigger. Some people are bigger, and need a little more space. Unless you feel like your first manager who told us they didn't having seating big enough to fit us. We only came Tuesday night to support our friends daughter's softball league.

I ordered online for a pickup. The food was ready on time. The order was correct. The food tasted great. You can’t ask for anything else. Thank you, ECW!
Most of the times I have don't pick up, and the majority of time the meal is decent. The staff is nice and attentive at pick up. But the food is sometimes (like this time) hit or miss. The wings sometimes are sauced, sometimes not, and sometimes the wrong sauce, my celery looked like someone chewed on it this time, last time the carrots were black in areas. So maybe a better quality check before it goes out the door.

I don’t think the recipes or flavor is consistent. It’s touch and go on the cooked, flavorful wings. Would also love to see more specials on traditional wings.

My husband eats there frequently. The food is good but the staff is less than desirable. They are unfriendly and rude to other customers. The restaurant is never busy.
