Our server was wonderful and the food was delicious.

Cheyenne always gives us excellent service and even has our orders memorized along with changes we request. She is always pleasant and attentive.
The food is always delicious also. We have never gotten anything that wasn't good.
I normally have no complaints. But my last order was incorrect and I was so tired I just ate my wings.

Fine tune the website, which often requires logging in multiple times and choosing a location multiple times just to place an order. Seems like both requirements only need to happen once: log in, choose store, place order.

Service was very good. Food was better than usual. Wings were large and juicy. You know how to make the best hot chips in town. Enjoyed it very much.
This is by far the worst experience we have had at east coast. We waited 25 minutes just to place our order and when our food arrive it was barely warm. We had to ask for refills on our drinks and the server only ask if we needed anything when we requested our check. Not sure if it was a staffing issue but after spending $94 on our dinner it will be hard for me to even go back. Normally when we want wings east coast is our go to place but not sure if it will be now.

Our wings were not very saucy and we didn’t get everything we asked for in our order. We live on the other side of town so we didn’t want to bother with driving back.

Please make sure that you are making sure utensils to eat meals are included on to go orders. This is the 2nd time I didn’t have any forks or knives with my salad
