No chemicals. The fact that I was able to get an appointment when I wanted it. Having the technician call when he was on his way and the fact that he arrived when he said he would. This was my first experience with your company and I am happy so say it was a good experience. Thank you.
Cleans great
They are natural and safe, but they still work.
You did not remove a large spot and I paid extra to have it removed. It is worse now than before. Very disappointed.

Professionalism and quality of work
I was thinking that I may need to replace the carpet on my stairs but after you came and did such a fantastic job the look almost brand new!
I couldn't believe how fast friendly and eficient Chris and (I forgot) where. Not only did they do a marvelous job but they interacted with me, pointing out things ane makeing sure I was happy with their service.

The carpet technician was not professional, to begin with, he knocks on the door and just stands there. No introduction, explanation of what he will need to see, nothing. I pretty much just had to assume what he was going to be doing, and ask questions, and hope that I asked all the right questions because he explained very little, and that was even after I asked several questions. He was not thorough, in fact I told him he could prop the gate in the backyard open to make it easier for him to get in and out to clean, and after he left he left the gate propped open, and the back door to my home wide open. I discovered this hours later after my neighbor came over to tell me that my dogs were roaming the neighborhood, and later that night my husband came home and was in the backyard, and discovered that the carpet technician had left the door, including the screen door wide open, as well as all the lights on. I could be somewhat forgiving if my downstairs was not a mother in law apartment which we were renting out, and have not been using. I mentioned this to the technician, and that I would not be going down there for a couple days. After mentioning that, I would have expected him to at least mention, that he left all the lights on and the doors wide open. I looked at the carpet today, and the little time he was down there, and the look of the carpet indicates to me that he did a minimal job cleaning. The carpet still smells bad, and has a dirty look to it. I would think it would take longer than just vacuuming, because that is what I witnessed him doing. He even charged me for the landing at the bottom of my stairs which is smaller than a closet(which are free of charge), and charged a whopping 15 bucks for 12 square feet or less without even explaining it was an extra charge, I assumed it was free because the closets were free. I am very dissatisfied with the job he did, as well as the approach he took. I have used Zerorez many times in the past, and my husband has many rental properties we have also used your company for. In the past we were very happy with the results, after this experience, we will not be using your company any longer, unless Zerorez makes an attempt to make it up, and actually get our carpets clean. and will definitely tell others about the awful experience we had.

Service and quality is great. Love the free spot removal after the fact program. Love the Zero residue proponent. Carpet looks clean and is not sticky after cleaning. We have also used you to seal our counter tops and are repeat customers who will recommend you and continue to have you back to keep our carpets in tip top shape.

I really like the way my carpets look and feel when you have cleaned them. I really liked the guy that did our carpets this time. He didn't seem in a hurry. I liked that I could make an appointment online. Every associate that I spoke with there after was nice and effiecent. I liked that I was always informed about my appointment time frame. The guys that came and cleaned the carpets were very nice, professional and effiecent and super fast! Our carpets look amazing!! Can't wait to have Zerorez come clean the rest of my carpets!
I am amazed at how well my carpet looks after having them cleaned yesterday with Zerorez techniques!! I think even the technicians were impressed! My carpet is 23 years old and it looks like new!!! I appreciate the professional way they cleaned each room! They took their time and were not rushed! A great big thank-you to Jarom and Mason who out did themselves in trying to please me! I definitely will have them back again! A great company!!
The tech was very informative about the problems we had in our home and then gave us the option to pay the extra to correct them or just replace the carpet. We appreciate him being honest with us. We will definitely have Zerorez back when the remodel is done.
