First and foremost, your product and method work....beautifully! Within just a few hours of having my carpets cleaned by another company, I could see dirt and grime reappearing. I could feel a soapy residue that had been left behind. How could I put my furniture back on a carpet that looked so awful? In desperation, I called Zerorez, hoping you could work a miracle...and fast! That's exactly what they did. I appreciate how Chris was patient with my questions and spent a great deal of time explaining to me how Zerorez's methods work. The end result was remarkable. My carpets looked, smelled and felt thoroughly clean, all evidence of soapy residue and grime gone. Even the high traffic areas had new life breathed back into them. Not only was I thrilled, but my husband was impressed with how close to new the carpets looked...and these are carpets that have had a lot of use for twelve years. I have already shared my experience with family, friends and co-workers. As I said to Chris, I'm not one to "emote" but I am a solid "raving fan" of Zerorez!

What could we do to improve?

1. I was told the window to expect service was 8am to 11am. My husband stayed at our house to wait for the cleaning while I took our children to school. I later was told the employees who do the service don't usually leave the shop in the the morning until 8:30-9:00am. If this is the case my husband would not have had to leave 45 minutes late for work.
2. I was not told there would be a water disposal fee when I scheduled the appointment nor when Zerorez called me to confirm the appointment. When I was told the total due by the service employee I asked him why the total was different than quoted. He said it was a fee imposed by Murray City and they had no control over it. While $11 does not break the bank, it is not something I was prepared to pay.

I am very impressed with the concept and process of less chemicals and soap being put into the carpet, with your pretreatment there was sufficient power to draw out dirt and stains. Jim represented your company well, he was no nonsense, went right to work and stayed on task until job was completed. I have already given out your name and the cards Jim left me. It is great to find something that really worked to my satisfaction. I am interested to see if some old stains reappear or if I really hit the jackpot, either way I will use you again. "stains are not your fault"

We thought that the charge to remove the water used should be just part of the job and not extra. Other wise the carpet turned out great and I was happy with the service. Thanks for asking.

The scheduling process leaves the time period up in the air. A 4 hour window seems large to me.

No residue on carpet. But advertising the service for $89 and then charging a water disposal fee of $11 is dishonest and false advertising!!! I have been a loyal customer and referred many folks. This last charge really angered me, especially since I was not even near the 200 sq ft maximum. When it only takes your technician 45 min to be in and out the door, that is a totally unfair and uncalled for additional charge!!! Be honest and advertise fairly, or I will report you to the Better Business!

What could we do to improve?

The good: I absolutely loved our technician, Taylor. He was patient and thorough in explaining the process and what results we could expect. He recognized my time was valuable and when I didn't plan enough time for all the services I needed, he offered to do the most important part right then and schedule a time for the other part of the service in a week. I had a misunderstanding about the internet special and he immediately offered to honor it and explained how it was intended to work in a very friendly manner. It turned out to be fine because I thought I'd have to pay for more "areas" but was pleasantly surprised to find I wouldn't be charged for a large room as two areas, the room was within the "one area" limit. (Therefore the way I booked it was fine and didn't violate the policy.)

The "needs improvement:" I'm glad my experience with him was good because, frankly, before he got to my home I was about to cancel! I received the email saying I'd receive a call two business days in advance to confirm the time within my 8am-5pm reservation window. I didn't get the call on Friday. (I didn't miss any known or unknown calls either.) I didn't get a call on Monday. I called Tuesday, the day of my appointment, and was told someone had tried to call me. If that was the case, then there must have been a technical difficulty for which the call never came through to my phone. EVEN SO, if it managed to go right to voice mail, why not leave a message? The person explaining this insisted they HAD called. No apology was offered. She then said my time was 3pm-6pm, not the 8am-5pm window in which I had originally planned. I had evening plans and the technician didn't show up until after 5pm. It wasn't his fault but I was not at all impressed with the dispatch/customer service or whatever you call them. I doubt she ever really tried to call me!

The idea that no residue will be left. I purchased a protectant spray for the carpet. You might have the associate explain that a little goes a long way before they spray it because it looked like they didn't do hardly anything. Also the associate was great and so informative giving me tips and reccomendations, and he did a great job. And to refine his customer service please tell him to ask less personal questions when conversing for not just a rating of 10but 11. But that is only meant as constructive and he checked with me to be sure he wasn't being "too friendly" anyway

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1) I would like an invoice for the services performed (including the furnace filter I ordered).
2) Lower prices.

The cleaning that was performed was acceptable and I liked the drying time. However, I feel your prices are high and that makes it difficult to recommend your services for others.
