The man who did my car carpet said he would be able to get the stains out and then when he came a second time he said he couldn't get all the stains out! Disappointed especially because I paid way way too much for such a poor job. I don't think it should've cost over 40 or 50 dollars.
Fast and effective
my floors are very clean! We have a three year old and they were absolutely filthy. The gentleman that cleaned our floors Alfredo was absolutely wonderful. He was very courteous and a good worker.
NO CHEMICALS INVOLVED. CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANED PERFECTLY.

Well since you asked... I will share my feelings on your service. Your tech was very nice and he seemed really knowledgeable. But the upselling did get annoying. One thing that irritated me was that when I made my appointment I said that I had 3 areas that I needed cleaned. My family room, a hallway and a master bedroom. You had a special on KSL for 3 areas for $79.99. But when the tech got here he said that the hallway was not considered a 'room' and that it would be more money to clean it. He said that you were running a special and I could give some canned food and he would clean my hallway for only $10 more. I quickly told him that it was 3 'areas' that were on the KSL special and not 3 'rooms'. He didn't push it much more... he said if that is what I was told then he would do it for me.
Now on to the cleaning.... I picked your company because of allergy reasons and I had high hopes that your system of using no soap and chemicals would really clean my carpets, but not leave any residue behind. But honestly besides my carpet looking more 'full or fuffy' for a few days after, they don't look any cleaner. I think what I did get was a really good brushing... I thought that your Hydro-Force Brush Pro was awesome how it pulled a lot of embedded hair and dirt out of my carpets that my daily vacuuming does not get. But what I wanted was a good carpet cleaning... and I can't see any difference. So I am sad to say, but I am disappointed in your service. It looks like I will have to go back to good old steam cleaning like I used in my other home and always had great results.
I liked the way he first told me how he was going to clean the areas and asked me if I had any questions. he was very efficient and did not leave any mess. he was a very pleasant person to work with.
Friendly workers. Took care to protect furniture. Was willing to help move things around and clean underneath. Cleaned up well afterwards.
I liked the man who came to clean the carpets. He was very polite and he worked hard. The carpets look great.
I like that no chemicals are used. I appreciate that the technicians are trained about the process etc... and not just how to do the job. Our technician was very kind and efficient. He took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we were satisfied with the job.

I have never been fully satisfied with carpet cleaning before. Isais(sp?) was very professional, friendly and super efficient. Our furniture and carpets have never looked so good!

The tech was very nice and most the carpet looks great. There is a very noticeable spot on my living room that was not there before. I went over it with a damp cloth and that lightened it a little. It would be nice if there was a way to fix that spot.
I felt like the technician wasn't too concerned about making sure that my carpet was cleaned well because it needs to be replaced. He wanted to deep clean the urine areas for 50 dollars more a room and we were not interested in that and so he just did a basic cleaning. Which is what we wanted. He never cleaned under my bed and I thought it should have been done. He also was not going to put on the protectant because of the wear of our carpet. He thought it was a waste of our money when in fact it was the offer that I was given over the phone. rooms cleaned and free protectant. He was not aware of that deal. So he said well I quess I will put that on for you then. I feel like he could have taken more time on the carpet along the kitchen floor.
The technician Isaias and service was very good. I was surprised how quickly the carpets dried.
It feels very clean
The rugs look great. The employee was polite, on time, and very helpful.
I noticed an area by a chair that seemed a little "crusty" and as I rubbed it and then smelled it, it smelled like salsa or something similar to that. No one had been in the basement since the cleaning had taken place so it was obviously an area that had been missed or just had not been done adequately the first time. Most everything else looked fine.
friendly service and Mike did a really good job getting the carpet clean. I feel like my carpet gets cleaned better with zerorez than with other methods.
Our service man was great, William, we would request him each time. He helped us move things and explained everything he was doing

The Zerorez representative that came to my home did a great job. I was so pleased with his service and the way that our carpets looked after they were cleaned. Mike, the Zerorez representative, was courteous and professional and very thorough.
Your staff really tried...they came here twice and even left a fan. However the flooding of our carpet just brought up some real bad stains. Again, we really liked your staff, but after 2 tries to get it clean I just ended up buying some small rugs and putting them down. My husband is going to try to use a small shampooer to get out the stains.
The service and the tech were wonderful, especially the tech. I won't recommend you because I highly recommended you to friends. They had 2 rooms - got the $79 special, and ended up paying $135 apparently because they had a small rug covering the carpet. Therefore, I won't be recommending you again. However, I will continue using you myself.
