At this point, my floors looks very clean. I was surprised at the length of time it took to dry. One of the carpet appeared to buckle, but looks fine now that is has dried. The basement still smells a little swampy, if it doesn't go away I will give you a call. Most of the spots are no longer visible. I would like a list of all the possible additional services and the cost of the services through email before the day of service. That gives me an opportunity to make decisions before the day of service. The technician was prompt, personable with my husband and me, and wanted to make sure we were pleased with the service.

I had Zerorez come and clean a walk-in closet. We have a cat who has urinated on clothing that was on the floor. Some of it got on the carpet and has made the closet smell bad. I paid $40.00 extra for the pet treatment. A few days after the carpet was cleaned it still smelled bad. I used a black light UV flashlight and could see that were still spots on the carpet from the cat. Also, I paid $112.50 extra for a spot on our landing where the litterbox used to be. This spot was a lot worse than the closet. But after the special foam treatment it still smelled bad and has a stain. The living room and stairs that were cleaned look great. However, I feel that the extra money I paid for the pet treatments ($152.50 in all) was a waste! I would like to have a refund of the $152.50.
The workers were professional and seemed to know what they were doing. Where is my bill with break down of charges. They said they would email it to me.
The PREVIOUS time I had Zerorez, I felt as if I had to barter with my tech for various services. This time was much more comfortable for me. William had a business attitude and explained the process and costs in an excellent manner. He worked quickly and thoroughly.

Our bid included the cleaning of an upstairs office. That office wasn't cleaned. Otherwise, the carpets in the rest of the place look great.

Price was not quoted correctly when I called on the phone. I thought it was $89. Then I thought I was paying an additional $60 for the stain guard, which would bring the total to $150. Then there would be taxes, etc. However, it ended up be $223.00.
