Isaias always does a great job, he takes is time and cares about the problem areas that concern me. This visit he had a helper, Ryan, who was also personable and made me feel like he cares. I love the technology of your cleaning (no soap). I am always satisfied with my results. My only hesitancy in calling you more is that you're a little pricy. This time I believe I paid about $50 more dollars then the previous two times my carpet was cleaned (at beginning of year and last year) so that unfortunately means I'll have to space my cleanings out more then I would like.

Service met my expectations. The quality was good and the individual doing the cleaning was very appropriate. professional and friendly. The total service got a little more expensive than we anticipated, but we were very safisified.

I wanted to let you know that our technician Mike Miller was very professional and did a great job in helping us understand what needed to be done. We ended up spending about $150.00 more than we intended. We appreciate Mike and his efforts in making us a satisfied customer. We will always use your company and will request Mike next time we need your services.
The dedication to customer service is the best I've seen. I innocently asked about doing my tile floors and the technician indicated it was possible so I scheduled an appointment. Little did I know the work that would be involved. The technician (Jared) stayed over 10 hours to complete the job in a way that he felt was satisfactory. I can't say enough how impressed I was with the work ethic and excellent job your company does. Well done!!!
carpet areas that other carpet cleaning companies had told me were 'wear spot and not dirt' came clean with the Zeroez treatment. The techs are friendly and professional in service.

Great service from the technicians and my carpets look terrific.
I like how clean my dining room carpet is after you are done. When I used to do it myself with rug doctor it looked better than it did before and I could see all the sand that was removed. But now that you do it, it looks spectacularly clean and much better than I could ever do it.

I really liked the result of the carpet cleaning. My carpets were nice and clean. I liked the professional manner of the technician. (Alfredo). Not so happy with the price tag of the service and the fact that you can't schedule a specific window of time for the cleaning.

The carpet looks great. The only thing I was a little disturbed about was the add on. I was planning on paying less than $100.00 dollars and ended up (at the persuasion of the two workers) putting on a protector that I wasn't aware that I should do. I think that should be brought to the attention of the custumer when they call for an appointment. I paid more than double that what I was expecting to pay. They made some deals with me...we'll do this for free if you'll put this protection on. I got to thinking after, If they gave me a deal, what would the cost be if there was no deal. I was just a little unhappy that way. They guys were polite and worked quickly. I'm still not sure what I paid for. I also had a coupon and don't know how that helped me. They told me, but when they started wanting me to put other things on, I got confused and I told them I was and told them to just go ahead and do it. The carpets look very nice. Name removed
