The cost was double the cost that I usually pay for the same scotch guard, etc. Throw rugs are only 10.00 and they do not use the rake that destroys the ends of your carpet fibers.
The crew was fantastic, and detail oriented. I appreciated them and tipped them well, but knew that cost was not their decision. I am sure that if they up sales it is good. But I can do a lot with 400.00!

I have light colored carpet and both times you've cleaned our carpet it has come out completely clean and bright, even the high traffic areas. Plus, it doesn't take as long to dry as traditional carpet cleaning methods. My only complaint was that you weren't upfront about the "disposal fee" you wanted to charge until you called to confirm the service. That's underhanded.

overspray on bedding. Carpet is still damp in bedroom and its been 24 hours. Pleased with how clean the carpet is but disappointed in lack of care and dampness of carpet. Fans have been going since last night. Heater is has been turned up and windows opened throughout the day.

The home carpet looks good but I paid almost 200 dollars for some of my car and the employee said that he could get the stains off buy there are still black spots everywhere:(
