What do you like about our products and services?

I am very impressed with the concept and process of less chemicals and soap being put into the carpet, with your pretreatment there was sufficient power to draw out dirt and stains. Jim represented your company well, he was no nonsense, went right to work and stayed on task until job was completed. I have already given out your name and the cards Jim left me. It is great to find something that really worked to my satisfaction. I am interested to see if some old stains reappear or if I really hit the jackpot, either way I will use you again. We thought that the charge to remove the water used should be just part of the job and not extra. Other wise the carpet turned out great and I was happy with the service. Thanks for asking.

The scheduling process leaves the time period up in the air. A 4 hour window seems large to me.

What do you like about our products and services?

No residue on carpet. But advertising the service for $89 and then charging a water disposal fee of $11 is dishonest and false advertising!!! I have been a loyal customer and referred many folks. This last charge really angered me, especially since I was not even near the 200 sq ft maximum. When it only takes your technician 45 min to be in and out the door, that is a totally unfair and uncalled for additional charge!!! Be honest and advertise fairly, or I will report you to the Better Business!

What could we do to improve?

The good: I absolutely loved our technician, Taylor. He was patient and thorough in explaining the process and what results we could expect. He recognized my time was valuable and when I didn't plan enough time for all the services I needed, he offered to do the most important part right then and schedule a time for the other part of the service in a week. I had a misunderstanding about the internet special and he immediately offered to honor it and explained how it was intended to work in a very friendly manner. It turned out to be fine because I thought I'd have to pay for more "areas" but was pleasantly surprised to find I wouldn't be charged for a large room as two areas, the room was within the "one area" limit. (Therefore the way I booked it was fine and didn't violate the policy.)

The "needs improvement:" I'm glad my experience with him was good because, frankly, before he got to my home I was about to cancel! I received the email saying I'd receive a call two business days in advance to confirm the time within my 8am-5pm reservation window. I didn't get the call on Friday. (I didn't miss any known or unknown calls either.) I didn't get a call on Monday. I called Tuesday, the day of my appointment, and was told someone had tried to call me. If that was the case, then there must have been a technical difficulty for which the call never came through to my phone. EVEN SO, if it managed to go right to voice mail, why not leave a message? The person explaining this insisted they HAD called. No apology was offered. She then said my time was 3pm-6pm, not the 8am-5pm window in which I had originally planned. I had evening plans and the technician didn't show up until after 5pm. It wasn't his fault but I was not at all impressed with the dispatch/customer service or whatever you call them. I doubt she ever really tried to call me!

The idea that no residue will be left. I purchased a protectant spray for the carpet. You might have the associate explain that a little goes a long way before they spray it because it looked like they didn't do hardly anything. Also the associate was great and so informative giving me tips and reccomendations, and he did a great job. And to refine his customer service please tell him to ask less personal questions when conversing for not just a rating of 10but 11. But that is only meant as constructive and he checked with me to be sure he wasn't being "too friendly" anyway

1) I would like an invoice for the services performed (including the furnace filter I ordered).
2) Lower prices.

The cleaning that was performed was acceptable and I liked the drying time. However, I feel your prices are high and that makes it difficult to recommend your services for others.

I like that my floors dried very fast, and the good service that you guys provided. The cleaner worked in a very professional manner. They told me about how you guys clean without leaving anything behind after the cleaning is done. thank you, I will tell my friends and neighbors about you guys.

We got a "Bate and switch" coupon in the mail. Thinking that you were not going to do that to us I asked my wife to have you come to our home. I was very upset that you did exactly what your advertising suggested that you would not do. The coupon was for $31 and we ended up paying $221 for just part of one room. Change your advertising to be "We are the bait and switch masters!"

Still have some spots on the grout that I am not pleased with and my traffic pattern still looks a bit dingy. The quote over the phone and the email I got was not consistent with the technician's quote, although he reluctantly honored it. Tile and grout was cleaned, but the residue it left was a mess to mop up after, but I guess that is just the nature of the game.

The person calling to verify the appointment needs to be clear that the cost of the water recycling etc. is $11 which is in addition to the quoted cost. You might want to add that your quote so it doesn't look like false advertising.

My mother in law had Zerorez come out a few months ago and she did not receive the same courteous service we did and she said she was not at all pleased with the work that was done. She hired someone a few weeks later to fix what Zerorez did.

William came back out and further cleaned both the front and back seats of my vehicle. He was very polite and made mention that this time he used a stronger product to aid in removing he spots. I don't know why didn't just didn't do that in the beginning. It might have removed everything the first time. Over all the spots are mostly out and I'm tired of sounding like a nag standing over his shoulder pointing here are there. In the end I don't feel I'd recommend the service mainly because the price of the produce. Zerorez will come to my house and clean 3 rooms for $80 but charge $160 to clean a mid-size sedan? There is also the problem of having techs that do everything, they are great at none of them. I'm also not comfortable with the companies policy of verifying the ID of credit card payments. You don't sigh anything, and from the first visit I can only gather that "as long as the payment goes through" that's all the company in concerned about. I realize the chance of someone using a stolen credit card to get their carpet cleaned isn't likely but I still feel it's bad policy. I intend on having another vehicle cleaned by another company then compere the results side by side.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was told it would cost a certain amount when appointment was confirmed over phone. After service I was charged a different amount. When I called and voiced my frustration I was told that it was zerorez's fault but I would still have to pay the total even though I was told one thing and charged more. I don't appreciate being a customer with a company that isn't put first especially after an ordeal that was over $2. It's not the cost but the principal. Not impressed. Carpet looks good but horrible customer service and have no desire to return. I'm tired of companies making customers pay for the companies mistakes.
