Jessie,the technician, was superb. Represents your company well. Now, for the criticism. I am the Housing Coordinator for the Utah SLC Mission of the LDS Church. We have just over 100 apartments from Wendover to Rock Springs and north to Hill Field. When I called to make an appointment, I specifically asked for the first appointment of the day. There were three appartments virtually side by side. The missionaries are in their aprtments until ten or eleven o'clock. This should have meant that I did not have to babysit the apartments waiting for you. To be continued on the next survey---------
I know that chemicals are bad for your carpets. I was happy fo find out that they also can refinish granite counter tops. Your service reps were friendly and informative. I will always use zerorez in the future.
I loved being able to see the dirt sucked up into the vacuum. I could see the difference immediately side by side. I was amazed!

i was very pleased with the quality of cleaning and the person who did the cleaning was very nice and pleasant.
This was Zerorez's second visit, a follow-up for a few spot cleanings that were not caught with the initial cleaning. I was instructed that I would be called when the cleaners where on there way, which they did not. This was a bit frustrating since I run on a tight schedule and not getting the call resulted in my not being able to be present when the cleaning started.
Also the main spot, the reason for calling them back, remains in place. Meaning I will be calling for a third visit to resolve the spot.
I liked that you werent' putting more soap and detergent into my carpets, but were all that we had put into it out!
