I used a Coupon that included a Boondocks Gift Card, but never received it. The tech told me it would come in the mail.
First of all Porter was awesome! He called on time to say he was on his way, was very thorough on the walk through and made sure if I had any concerns, etc that it was addressed. He was patient with my 4 little kids who were very interested in what he was doing. I really like that the product is green and safe for kids, but does it's job in cleaning the carpets. I am very happy with Zerorez and would definitely recommend!

Your technicians -- Mike and Madsen -- were friendly and professional. They knew their products and were enthusiastic (not pushy) about them. I felt they went the extra mile in providing me services. My carpets look and smell brand new (no small feat when dealing with pet problems!). My daughter even commented that "the carpets feel soft and springy again."
I had a room that while potty training my son he peed on the carpet. Zerorez was able to clean it and get the smell out.
Quick drying and no residue left on carpets. Your staff has been extremely efficient and informative and willing to meet your special requests.
Do not use detergent.
I gave a thorough description over the phone of my needs and was given a quote. I then spent 3 days getting everything moved off the floors and when they arrived I walked through and was then given a bill twice what I was originally quoted. It's not like I could back out after that point and turn them away, my house was all piled up. I would have preferred the sales lady on the phone to have asked all the questions and quoted me honestly to begin with. She only quoted for basic cleaning and never asked if I was interested in applying the stain guard after. I also was not told it would be $50/room for the two rooms that had urine in carpets even though it was only a few very small spots. I've never had carpets cleaned before so maybe this is standard but it seems like when someone calls to get a quote it would be better to ask if they want just the cleaning or if the also want the application of the stain resistant put on as well? The pet stuff I can see would need to be addressed at time of visit. I felt the prices were fair I just would have preferred to know about stain blocker fees in advance so I could budget accordingly.
Time will tell... I did the protective treatment so we will see how well it holds up. The biggest dissapointment was that my room measured 243 square feet, but a decent-sized portion was covered by a couch and dining table (and therefore not cleanable)but it still counted as two rooms according to your special so I wasn't able to get the areas I had planned on cleaned.

I felt like the man who cam to service my home did a very thorough job and didn't rush. At the end he wanted to know if I was satisfied because if I wasn't he was prepared to do it again.
The carpet cleaning service is great. No harsh chemicals or residues. The carpets look awesome.

Jarom was very polite and helpful. I've used zerorez for years. They do a greaat job, leave the woodwork and floors adjacent to the rugs clean. I feel my rugs stay cleaner longer.
Came on time, very courteous, cleaning was very thorough and effective. Prices are good and I was told up front what the costs would be.
I did not receive my $25 Boondocks card because they say I didn't say it on my initial call! I told them i had their coupon from Valpak for the $79 special. I was sure I did but the girl that answered said I didn't and they only had enough for those that did. The person that cleaned my carpets said he would take the coupon back and he would have them send it out. I even upgraded and did other rooms, etc. I will NEVER us your company again and I will be sure that everyone I know understands that you do not stand by your advertising including Valpak, the BBB and anyone else that wants to listen!
The young men who cleaned my carpets and ducts were great. Very friendly and helpful.
