A more exact time window would be good.
The tile kitchen floor was not cleaned thoroughly, especially along the walls where you can see strips or patches of dirt that were missed. There was some kind of sealant that was supposed to be placed on the tile after the cleaning, I saw no evidence of this. We spent a lot of money to get this cleaning done, almost $500.00 dollars, and I was disappointed. Also, there are some dirty water marks on the carpet in our family room that were not there before.

The carpets seem to stay clean longer.
I like the fact that no soap residue is left in my carpet. It stays cleaner, softer and looks like new longer. I also love the fact that some of the bad spots come out and leave no marks.
You were able to remove dirt and stains I didn't think would ever come out! Carpets look beautiful!

I would like to thank Chris for doing a good job on my carpets, it was a do over job that Manning did. The only place that still looks a little dirty is the nose of the steps and the bottomstep. Other than that, the carpet looks great. I will for sure call and ask Chris to do them again.
You ask what you can do to improve, all I can say is, take a little more time and not be in such a hurry to get to the next appointment.

The workers were very professional. The carpets look better than they usually do after cleaning...by another company. My carpets were still wet (as with other companies), but they smelled better.
Actually have clean carpets
The Service. While the carpets were very clean... I expected that. The service was the best I have had by a carpet cleaning company. Especially David Palacios. This is my first experience with David and I plan to reqeust him to service my home and business in the future.
Very professional and I was very pleased with the technician that did the work. He seemed very knowledgeable about the product and did a very good job cleaning the carpets.
I like the fact that you don't use any harsh chemicals to clean with. The carpet seems dryer after its been cleaned.
Zerorez transformed our downstairs carpet which was at least 20 years old. Our upstairs carpet, which is only three years old is just like new again. I defy anyone to be able to walk in and identify which carpet is newer! Alfredo, the technician who performed the service, was fantastic and so professional! He came in and transformed our flooring efficiently and with a smile. He went above and beyond and made the whole experience terrific and one we would like to repeat with regularity!
Our carpets did get clean and the in-home service was great! However, we sent one of our area rugs out to be cleaned and it took 7 weeks to get it back and only after I called half a dozen times! The rug came back clean, but I was very disappointed with how long it took! Every time I called, the ladies on the phone were very polite and tried to help, but the "rug guys" were never to be found and no one knew how to find my rug! They were only able to locate my rug after I sent a photo. When I did finally get it back, the tag on it said Debbie Last name removed. My name is Name removed. So, I probably won't recommend Zerorez to my friends, at least not to clean their area rugs.
I really like the protectorant! I like your good advertized deals, but thought one in particular on the radio was misleading (the whole house for $135 plus work out the extras - which I found out is not true at all! the first three rooms were $135, then with deals for other rooms).
Josh who did our cleaning this time was very friendly, great to work with and did a great job! We were not nearly as pleased with the guy who came seveal months ago and did it all in a great hurry.
We really want to believe that you are the good guys with a good product that you advertize you are!! We need more businesses like that!
