My carpet looks really clean. William, who cleaned the carpet, was really nice and helpful. He seemed to know what he was doin.

I was told up front what my options were and how much it would cost. They have you look over everything before they start and when they finish to make sure that they have done what you expected.

I have a stain on my carpet left by the chemicals used. I called to let you know that you had left one of your chemical containers and that there was a stain on my carpet from the chemicals. I was told that I would receive a phone call back that day. Over a week later - no phone call. I also should have checked online better because there was a better special - same price for 4 rooms in which one of the rooms could be stairs. I paid over double the cost.

I think your technician Chris is outstanding. He is very professional and does an excellent job. Our carpet always looks 100% better when he leaves.

As I indicated in my phone call, I think your advertised special of 3 rooms for $79 was deceptive. I had 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one hallway and 1 staircase. The total bill was $315.00. Yes, I did add protectant sealer, but $236.00 more than advertised is a bit much.

The carpets dry quickly, look great and they found our dog spots I didn't even know about.

Very knowledgeable about what they are doing. My only problem was over the phone I was quoted a price and assumed it included a sealer. I paid more than I had planned. I would have liked to have been prepared for the price.

Will was very nice, he put covers on his shoes in my home. He took time to listen to what I wanted and extra time with my trouble spots. He did such a great job, my carpets look brand new.

I like the way it dried faster and was a lot cheaper than Stanley Steamer. We have a dog that sometimes pees on the carpet and although I try very hard to get is all up sometimes it is hard. We had the pet stuff put on and I think it would be more effective if it was left on longer. Maybe put it on and go clean someone else's carpet and then come back and finish.

First and foremost, your product and method work....beautifully! Within just a few hours of having my carpets cleaned by another company, I could see dirt and grime reappearing. I could feel a soapy residue that had been left behind. How could I put my furniture back on a carpet that looked so awful? In desperation, I called Zerorez, hoping you could work a miracle...and fast! That's exactly what they did. I appreciate how Chris was patient with my questions and spent a great deal of time explaining to me how Zerorez's methods work. The end result was remarkable. My carpets looked, smelled and felt thoroughly clean, all evidence of soapy residue and grime gone. Even the high traffic areas had new life breathed back into them. Not only was I thrilled, but my husband was impressed with how close to new the carpets looked...and these are carpets that have had a lot of use for twelve years. I have already shared my experience with family, friends and co-workers. As I said to Chris, I'm not one to "emote" but I am a solid "raving fan" of Zerorez!

1. I was told the window to expect service was 8am to 11am. My husband stayed at our house to wait for the cleaning while I took our children to school. I later was told the employees who do the service don't usually leave the shop in the the morning until 8:30-9:00am. If this is the case my husband would not have had to leave 45 minutes late for work.
2. I was not told there would be a water disposal fee when I scheduled the appointment nor when Zerorez called me to confirm the appointment. When I was told the total due by the service employee I asked him why the total was different than quoted. He said it was a fee imposed by Murray City and they had no control over it. While $11 does not break the bank, it is not something I was prepared to pay.
