Our carpets are totally clean and the gentleman who completed the service was certainly qualified and efficient.

I was first attracted by your advertisements about no residue being left in our carpets. I was then motivated to try your services based on the promotion. Thirdly, I liked the technician who came, named Isaiah. Very polite,cooperative and flexible. We then had him back the second time and now the third time. I liked how you tracked our account and knew exactly who came and gave me the same person. The person setting the appointment was excellent! I also liked how she followed up when it got closer to the time and then how we were called 30 minutes before they came. As a result, the tech knew us and our home so it was a win win.Nice consumer experience. I liked how quickly the billing was handled.The carpets dried faster than they ever have. Name removed
The serviceman was very friendly, professional, and he did a great job cleaning. My carpet is 11 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. I thought I would have to replace it but when he was done cleaning, it looked like new carpet. I was very happy with the results and will be having the rest of my home cleaned soon.

I was very surprised at how much the cleaning was able to take out of the carpet. Especially in the high traffic areas, the carpets look ten times better than what I expected.
I like that they used less water. So far, I like the way that my couch looks. I've waited a few days to see if spots would appear but none so far.

Your employees are great to work with. The service this time was an emergency and they worked me into a time was helpful in solving the problem. They always give good information about additional products and I know the carpet will be clean and fresh when they finish. I usually leave the house while they clean and I have no problem trusting they will care for my home as if it were their own.

We just barely got our carpets cleaned yesterday. They look great. It was fast and efficient. No cleaning residue.
Not so wet. It took 24 hours to dry. Also, this was the 3rd time in one year I have had your company come clean. The first two times were great. This last time, the areas where the heavy use took place, still had a comparatively dingy color compared to the rest of the areas.
