My carpet hasn't looked this good since it was new, the young man was so kind and friendly! I will never call any other company to clean my carpet.

I liked that Jarom did not try to sell me extra stuff. I mean he did his job, but he was not like the chemdry guy who really got on my nerves. He was very nice and down to earth. I asked him what I could do to keep the carpets clean. He told me about the Starch guard I dont know if that is even what it is called, but he did an awesome job! I will definitely use you guys again. My carpet looks great, and I really liked that you guys dont use soap. Thank you so much!
The technician was willing to listen to my concerns and worked to please. He did a very nice job. We are happy with how clean he got our carpet and like very much not having residue left after the cleaning.

I have used Zerorez for many many years and will continue to use them in future.
Left residue and spots on nearby furniture and the floor. They cleaned two chairs for us. We already cleaned up the mess. Scheduling was also a problem. I called more than a week in advance and set up the day. They said they would call ahead to tell us when they would be coming. No phone call and even when I called them, they said they weren't sure about the time. Waited all day. They finally came about 5:00 p.m.

We have had our carpets cleaned by several different companies, with the results being mediocre at best. Our carpet was so dingy I thought only replacing it could make it better, but using Zerorez made a HUGE difference!
Clean, easy and quick and are not irritating as we have allergies that can create issues when chemicals are used.

Get rid of the hidden costs. While my carpets are clean, it was a lot more expensive than the "deal" I thought I was getting. Disposal fees, additions for a small hallway, additions for a small landing, and very high fees for the protectant, more than tripled my original calculations. I know these were my choice to add on, but I wanted my carpets cleaned right. It just felt like I was being nickeled and dimes. I would prefer you put together more complete package options, rather than just a 3 room package and everything else is considered and add on.

The carpets are clean and free from residue. We have used your service before and think it is the best. Rick, the technician was courteous, helpful and friendly. Through no fault of his, we missed a very small area in the family room and have requested that your company come back to do that small area. We are scheduled for November 29. If a time comes up on Nov. 17 or 19, please call, or we'll wait until the 29th appt. We will have company here Nov. 20-28 so that time frame won't work. I
William, who came to our home after doing 3 other homes was wonderful. He worked very hard to make sure that he did a job that was pleasing to us! We felt that he was amazing in his
business manner while explaining the different services he could offer, but we never felt "pushed"! Kudos to him for working so hard until after 10:00 pm!! We loved him and the job he did.
