My tecnittion was sloppy in the cleaning missing areas that leave me very frustrated with my spotty carpet, the only reason I would give a three instead of a zero is that the process was so good for a very dirty carpet. We had to keep on our guy to try harder on traffic areas he had good success but left stripes,, squares, and fixh shaped areas that are more dirty still than the whole. I feel he or someone else should come back because the process is obviously very good.

It's not that you were lacking. I just rarely talk about businesses with my friends.

I have seen your guys do a great job before! This time it looked like a good rinse job with plain water. I have had far beter results using a rug doctor carpet cleaner.I do not know if Mike had the wrong water or if it had set too long in the truck.
