You did a good, thorough job of cleaning my carpet. It dried quickly and looks wonderful. I also appreciated that you did not have a lot of add on pricing. Let me clarify. The morning of our cleaning, I had scheduled another company to come clean our carpet. They had a special for three areas. Because my room is large, I guessed that it would qualify as three areas by itself. But when they arrived, it actually counted as four areas, so the price went up about $50. Then to have the carpet pretreated, the price went up another $50. If I did everything they suggested, my carpet cleaning would cost well over $300. I told them no and called your company. I was so thrilled that you were able to work me in that very day (because I had moved furniture and prepared the room). I liked that you called before the associate came. The associate was wonderful and the pricing was exactly what you told me on the phone--no unexpected add-ons. And with your company, my family room only counted as two areas, not four like the other company said. That also made me happy. After the cleaning, I immediately called my daughter to tell her that she should use your company the next time that she had her carpet cleaned. I know I will use your company again.
I love that my carpets are super soft and truly clean when they've been cleaned by Zerorez. As a Realtor, I recommend Zerorez to ALL of my clients. I've had my carpets cleaned by a lot of companies over the years and have never experienced the softness and deep clean that Zerorez delivers!
One area in the living room did not respond well and remained looking dirty. The stairs were not cleaned to the very sides of the steps. The carpet and furniture were very damp and took some time to dry out. I had not expected that. You had been so well recommended by a family member and friends that I must admit I was somewhat disappointed. Sorry!

The technician did a fabulous job, very professional and friendly. He was very careful to explain everything to me and we are very happy with the carpets. When we had a concern about a spot after he was done, he came back and did an extra good job on that spot and even put a special disinfectant on the whole landing. He was soooo good and kind. I will be very happy to recommend him and the zerorez company to my friends. Thanks!
First of all the person that came was very personable, and made us feel very confident in
useing your company. he did a very good job in cleaning the areas to be done. the carpet now looks new and the colors are so bright. We think the job done was very professional.

We had streaks in the carpet after the first cleaning. Your service team and supervisors have been back twice. The streaks are 90% gone now and we are satisfied with the results.
