I like the fact that no soap or chemicals are used. Also you have friendly considerate employees that know the product well and are great at the service they preform.

The first time I used zerorez the results were phenomenal (thank you Jarom). . . this time (different technician) there wasn't quite the same effort or result. Overall you still out clean any other carpet cleaning business. I would recommend you any day.

I liked the carpet protectant. I suggest that this company have a tool to use on the outside dryer vent in case the brush can't make the full extent of the duct to the outside from the inside, maybe something like a swifter duster with an extension on the handle.

The pet stain removal. I've had it done twice, two different methods and it still has not worked. I can still see and smell the stains. Last time you guys came it cost me almost 500.00 dollars for 3 rooms and a hall. The living room was treated for pet stains, and one spot in the hall. I don't think it's worth the price I paid, so I'm not pleased with that. The regular cleaning turned out fine and good. You're too expensive for the results. You advertise "3 areas for $79.00" but it never turns out to be that price...EVER! There is always something else. I know you probably train your technicians to find other problems, and find other things that "I need," well maybe i just want my carpet cleaned.
