Good Question! We had about 15 small spots that I had to get out by hand after the carpets were cleaned. Most came out with a rag and hot water while a few required a small amount of cleaner. The second thing that bothered me was the fact that I heard your add for the December special of 3 rooms for 69.00 and called and was told because I was only having two rooms cleaned I did not qualify. The young man who cleaned the carpets was very nice and even warned me that some of the heavy traffic areas and some throw up might not come clean but I was pleased with how those ares looked. I would like to know why the spots did not come out initially but I was able to get them out.

The difference was so great that we filmed it. We would recommend the zerorez carpet cleaning for anyone that has carpets. It quickly removed all the soap residue that was in the carpet.
Before he cleaned our carpet it had a dull grey color, when he finished the original beige was present. The carpet lightened at least three shades. It even took out a stubborn tea stain. When we moved in my allergies went crazy, and when you cleaned our carpets I noticed that my allergies have gotten better. We plan to use your company again in 3 to 6 months. Thank You Zerorez for making our home cleaner, and healthier.

This being my 1st jtime hiring Zerorez, I had high hopes of a superior cleaning job. After the technician hurriedly left our home yesterday, I arrived 2 hours later and found the carpets still very wet. I could literally wring water out of the nap in some areas. We put 3 box fans out too dry them and after 6 hours they were still not dry. When I got up the next morning - still moist, and by 4:00pm today, the base of the carpet is still damp. There is an area n our family room where it feels like the subfloor got wet and has raised too. I also have found at least 1 spot where an 8-10" stain was left in the family room. This is unaccepatable! I have an inexpensive cleaning machine which does a much better job extracting than this man did, and can have ours dry in 4 hours. Whether he was in a hurry, or whether his suction wasn't working, this was not anything like I have heard Zerorez would be. I am close to asking for a refund!

I have used you before. You always provide great service and are very professional. My carpets turned out very well. I did have my whole house cleaned this time, but I am not happy about the $150 min. to come to Heber. I have used you in the past for just high traffic areas. Thank you for your service.

I think the person who cleaned my carpets was very nice and helpful. However, I noticed that if there were places that didn't seem as clean, I had to ask him to try again to see if it would come cleaner. He did, but only where I had to specifically ask. And in repeating some cleaning in spots, it did come a bit cleaner. I just wished i had mentioned in it more than in one/two places or that he would have noticed and done so on his own. Also, it is apparent in my carpet, lines or streaking, especially at dusk and dark. It's as if the cleaning was done well in some spots and not quite overlapping in repeated strokes. So the effect is clean strokes with dirtier strokes, like when you vacuum and see the fibers in different directions. Except that is not the case, it's just dirtier carpet next to clean carpet, which should have come out because the carpet next to it is cleaner. I was a bit disappointed because I thought it perhaps was the fiber in different directions making that streaking, but as it got dusk and evening it was very much apparent. I like the job done over all and used Zerorez because of a refferal, however, I wish the technician had noticed the streaking effect and made an effort to clean that better before he left.

Better prices

I was very impressed with our service technician, Mason. He called to tell us he was on his way, he wore protective covers on his shoes, and he put wall guards on the corners where the hose might come in contact. Other carpet services I have used did none of that. So, overall I was very impressed! The carpets look great and I appreciated Mason's advice on protecting our carpets, especially the high traffic areas. I will absolutely recommend Zerorez, and I will continue to have my carpets cleaned by Zerorez.

The carpets are always amazingly clean when you finish with them. And because they are so clean they look great for a long time with just regular vacuuming. Your employees are very professional and do a great job.
