My carpet seems to be much cleaner than other companies got it.

We have had our carpets cleaned by several different companies, with the results being mediocre at best. Our carpet was so dingy I thought only replacing it could make it better, but using Zerorez made a HUGE difference!

Clean, easy and quick and are not irritating as we have allergies that can create issues when chemicals are used.

Get rid of the hidden costs. While my carpets are clean, it was a lot more expensive than the "deal" I thought I was getting. Disposal fees, additions for a small hallway, additions for a small landing, and very high fees for the protectant, more than tripled my original calculations. I know these were my choice to add on, but I wanted my carpets cleaned right. It just felt like I was being nickeled and dimes. I would prefer you put together more complete package options, rather than just a 3 room package and everything else is considered and add on.

The carpets are clean and free from residue. We have used your service before and think it is the best. Rick, the technician was courteous, helpful and friendly. Through no fault of his, we missed a very small area in the family room and have requested that your company come back to do that small area. We are scheduled for November 29. If a time comes up on Nov. 17 or 19, please call, or we'll wait until the 29th appt. We will have company here Nov. 20-28 so that time frame won't work. I

William, who came to our home after doing 3 other homes was wonderful. He worked very hard to make sure that he did a job that was pleasing to us! We felt that he was amazing in his
business manner while explaining the different services he could offer, but we never felt "pushed"! Kudos to him for working so hard until after 10:00 pm!! We loved him and the job he did.

Eddie and Manuel are awesome. They are welcome in my home anytime. The slate product stunk. Had Eddie and Manuel not been so amiable and with the five days we dealt with our nasty slimy floors I would have rated your service sub-par at best. But your employees rock

The carpet was soft after it was cleaned.

The hose rubbed off the paint on the corner of my cabinets and wall corner. Also it is pricey by the time you add on the carpet protection:/
So since you're not painters, the carpet protection I couldn't afford.

I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning itself so I rated it an 8, however, we had some problems with getting it done. I made the appointment online and received a followup call to confirm. I also confirmed the morning of my appointment because it was storming and I specifically asked if this would be a problem and was told "no" "we do carpet all winter long and the storm is not a problem. My appointment window was 3-6. I moved all my furniture off the carpets and waited until 5:30 and then called to make sure they were coming. The phone operater told me she had just recieved a text from the carpet cleaner and she would check with him on an arrival time. She didn't call back. After about 30 minutes the carpet cleaner called and said that he was still in Spanish Fork. It was 6:00. He said he would come and do it that night but it would be about 8:00. That was too late. My husband said that was fine as long as they came first thing the next morning. The carpet cleaner said he would call back and let us know. He knew we were upset by this point. He called back and said they could do it between 3 & 6 the next day. The problem here is that when I made the appointment, I took the first Friday available because Fridays are my day off. I was very disappointed in the way it was handled. He called back and said they could do it on Saturday but it would most likely be afternoon. My husband told them that would be too late and it had to be the next morning or we would just cancel. They said they would call the next morning. Finally, the carpet cleaner came and did a great job. It was just really stressful, but worked out in the end.

My carpet came out extremely clean, better than ever before. The technician was the best, he worked so hard and did an extremely great job. We appreciate that so much. I am so pleased I can't tell you. My carpet is clean for the holidays. Hurray.

The technician (Porter) was extremely careful and thorough. Carpets looked very clean including the traffic areas.

Seems cleaner and has less side effects than regular carpet cleaning methods. I like the professionalism and clean-cut look of the employees and that it seems like they are well trained. The price for stairs and halls seems like too much, though...almost twice as much as other companies.

I wish you would have removed my vent. Your equipment scraped it all up and now I have to repaint it. Your guys were pretty fast, but came at the last possible moment even though someone called and said they were on their way and would be to my house in 40 minutes. It actually took more than double that time 90 minutes and then you tried to upsale me on furnace filters for 10 minutes when I had to leave at 5:30p.m. to get my son to his b-ball practice. your technician was aware of my time restraint but was not repectful to it. My son was late. I think the carpet protection for one room ($30.00 was terribly over-priced). It cost me $103.00 to get one small room cleaned...I thought it was a rip-off. I know you need a minimum charge to come out but I was getting new carpet in the rest of my house. I would think you might offer a better deal to get my business back in the future on cleaning a whole house of carpet. The service was ok.

The carpet stays clean longer, is not crunchy and it dries quickly.

Make a better effort to contact me to tell me when I can expect the serviceman. I had to call zerorez to see what time you would be coming and it wasn't going to be until 5:00 and I took the day off of work.
