It works better than any other company I have tried; and I have tried several. When I had my carpets cleaned last time, I had the stain protecant put on. This time it showed it's worth; white carpet once again white!

Carpets stains are removed. You do overestimate the drying time. though. I have NEVER had the carpets dry in less than 18 hours.

Zerores has out preformed all previous carpet cleaners that I have used !!! I will not use any outher carpet cleaner because I know I will not get the clean I expect and have my home finished in a couple hours. PS THE HOME ALL WAYS SMELLS SO MUCH CLEANER AFTER THEY ARE DONE !!!

I Liked everything about Zerorez. I like the fact that you have such good technicians that come out and do such a good job on our carpets and suggest ways to keep it looking good longer. The technique you use is so good for the carpets. They never look dingy or bad after the Zerorez technician leaves. I can and do recommend you to everyone.
I was not impressed about the extra price added to the total when I asked what the total was when I made the appointment. If someone asks what the total is to the service they should be told the total of it. $9 to dispose of the dirty water should not be added.
The schedule appointment time was missed by nearly 3 hours
The process of how you clean the carpet. No soap
I'm amazed at the process that is used, and the results of the clean carpet. No pre-treatment for spots was required, the process simply got rid of every single stain. The technician was very polite and helpful, and it was a joy to have him in our home. There is no reason to "ever" use another type of carpet cleaning system.
