Very professional service however not happy about not being informed that stairs and hallways were not included as an area by your office staff at the time of scheduling:-(

At this point, my floors looks very clean. I was surprised at the length of time it took to dry. One of the carpet appeared to buckle, but looks fine now that is has dried. The basement still smells a little swampy, if it doesn't go away I will give you a call. Most of the spots are no longer visible. I would like a list of all the possible additional services and the cost of the services through email before the day of service. That gives me an opportunity to make decisions before the day of service. The technician was prompt, personable with my husband and me, and wanted to make sure we were pleased with the service.
