I guess I am grateful to know our carpets are cleaner but cannot really actually SEE the difference. Now I am greatly concerned because I was informed while the attendant was here that my stainguard protection would be removed and if I wanted it added back I would have to pay $20 per area. Surely a standard fee for the business. However, it was a hidden fee from my expectations. I had no idea I would have to and was not prepared to pay an "extra" $100. That is not just a drop in the bucket for us. So no I am super concerned that our carpet will be in worse shape in less time because I could not afford to put something back on my carpet that was taken away by trying to make it better.

Your service person was honest and did a great job. He was quick and efficient! The job he did was worth the money we spent. Thanks Zerorez!

I love Zerorez! I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies and they don't even come close to the quality of Zerorez. The Tech was awesome he was able to get out a grape juice stain that had been there for 6 1\2 yrs. I am and will continue to reccomend Zerorez!

I really like the way the carpets are cleaned and the technicians are always polite, efficient and easy to work with. I do have a problem with the new "fee" tho. I do not like "fees" that I have to pay or I can't get the job done. A fee should be for an additional service I can choose to have or not. If it's a mandatory part of the cost, put it in and raise the price accordingly. Fees just annoy me. You're advertising the price of getting 3 rooms done at $69 or $89 and then telling me when I call to book that it's going to be an additional $9. That's not a really good way to do business with me. You have a great product and I like it, but please just give me one price and let me decide whether or not I want to pay it. Name removed

Your cleaning person was very good at explaining the process and did a very good job of not scuffing up walls and cleaning up any leakage. I really hate getting an appointment during dinner time. I would suggest you really work with your clients so they can get the time that works best for them. I would much rather have them come when I am home during the day without my children home. Having a family, and trying to feed them dinner while I have a carpet cleaner at my home from 6:30 to 8pm is not optimal for us.
Plus, the guy showed up late! Getting carpets cleaned at 6pm is bad enough, but then when they show up outside that window that is frustrating.

Let customer sign up for times that work for them. I'm sure there are folks that work during the day who would prefer that later time.

They are clean, no dangerous chemicals.

Please note that my service technician was Rick Nolan who in my experience with Zerorez was the best, most knowledgeable and professional individual I have had. This is my third service and I can say that all of the personnel who have come to my home were top notch as well as those with whom I have spoken over the phone to set-up and confirm appointments but Rick really stood out. His performance was truly a 10 which complemented your technology very highly.

I will continue to count on Zerorez for all of my carpet and similar maintenance needs.

No soaps, residues. I like it that my carpets seem so clean and dry so quickly.

I felt like there were some areas that needed more cleaning attention and they were just run over quickly.

The carpet had never been cleaned. Only 3 years old. Based off the pictures the tech showed me at the beginning of the service, I had high hopes. Some of the high traffic areas look great others dull.

It also took 2 full days for the carpets to dry.

The tech and trainee were very pleasant.
