Your technicians we very helpful and kind. The did a very good job.
The pet stain removal. I've had it done twice, two different methods and it still has not worked. I can still see and smell the stains. Last time you guys came it cost me almost 500.00 dollars for 3 rooms and a hall. The living room was treated for pet stains, and one spot in the hall. I don't think it's worth the price I paid, so I'm not pleased with that. The regular cleaning turned out fine and good. You're too expensive for the results. You advertise "3 areas for $79.00" but it never turns out to be that price...EVER! There is always something else. I know you probably train your technicians to find other problems, and find other things that "I need," well maybe i just want my carpet cleaned.

foremost was the courtesy and professionalism of the technician. Also the fact that he was able to diagnose the pet stains in our rental, clean and disinfect/deoderize the carpets better than expected.

My carpets have not been as clean with any other company
They were able to fit us into their busy holiday schedule very quickly and did a great job. We also like the fact that there isn't any residue that will harm my kids or pets.
They arrive when scheduled. Service people always do an excellent, thorough job of cleaning! Carpets look almost like new when they are finished!
The technician was very careful with the corners of my home and my wood stairs and thoughtful to wear the booties. I was impressed at his care for my home. He was very sweet and made sure I was satisfied. A lot of people can clean carpets so customer service is paramount. I was definitely impressed and satisfied!
Jarom was wonderful. He explained everything and was fast and efficient. My carpets look fine but after 28 hours, they are still not dry. I turned up my thermostat, hopefully I can move my furniture back tomorrow.

I felt the job was well done, wasn't sticky and the technician was very nice and professional.
Do a good job quickly. Don't like the 12 hour window we were given. Waited all day to find out when you were coming. When service man came he said he knew the time from 7 AM that morning. It would have helped greatly for you to have communicated that to us so that we didn't have to wait all day. Big unnecessary disruption of our day.
I was pleasantly surprised at how clean my carpets ended up being. My technician David was very friendly and answered all of the questions that I had in a respectful way. He was also very friendly and patient.
Billy G was on time, very nice and courteous. There was a miscommunication about how big of a job we had and he just took it in stride and got everything done. My carpet looks great and dried quickly.
The carpets looked great and the techs were very friendly...However, the pricing was missrepresented.
I was told the charge would be $89.00. My wife paid the bill unaware of what the price was supposed to be. We were charged $135.00 at the end and I didn't see the bill (on-line) until after they left. It was not disclosed that there would be a $9.99 recycle charge. Also the tech told my wife that the bedroom didn't come as clean as it could have and would she like to have him go over it again. She agreed and he did it again. However there was no mention that he was going to charge an additional $35.00 to do it right this time!
If I was to recommend you to someone else I would tell them that the quality of the work is good but to watch out that they don't get ripped off on "bait and switch" pricing.
I had previously read reviews that this happens with your company but figured it was just disgruntled customers. Now i know it was valid complaints.

The entire carpeted area exhibited light and dark streaks even when the carpet was dry. You could stand in an area and count the streaks across the floor every 8 inches or so. we have had your service in Alpine and been extremely happy, but on this carpet we were disappointed. If I did not know better it looked as though there was no cleaning that took place. It looked like it had been cleaned with water alone and when it dried you could see light and dark streaks, not just the streaks from the the machine but differences in color.
The carpet looks great and is almost dry when finished, your employees are very courteous. The gentleman showed us what your grout cleaning process could do. He was great.
The service technition was a very hard worker and he took the time to tell me about the process. My carpets look very nice overall(except for a couple of difficult spots that I will be contacting the company about).
Technician was GREAT! Service was perfect. Results were Awesome! We have a carpet cleaner and have cleaned our own many times. We were never able to get the tough stains out. THEY ARE NOW GONE!!! Thanks!
