Method used.

There are some spots that need going over, like corners and under the heat duct vents. There is also a spot that wasn't there before. I will call and have them come back out

Jim was very nice and he did a great job. I didn't think our old carpet could ever look that good again.

The technician was polite and professional. I like that it was done fast and my carpet looks great. However they price for stairs ($5/each) is a bit excessive. I have 11 stairs. That came to $55. My total bill was $208 and they stairs took maybe 5 minutes to do. Seems to be some kind of disparity there. But overall I am pleased.

The technician was very clear about explaining how your process works. He did a great job of upselling for services I needed, but without being pushy. Also, the extra cleaning I had done for pet stains turned out great! Love the way you guys do business. Very good tech...very professioal.

Make your arrival time window less. I though it was crazy that it was a 3 hour span.
Also, the stains I forgot to mention we're not cleaned, I did my best to show everything I was concerned about, but forgot 2 spots and it was as if the carpets weren't even cleaned there.

Tech (Isaihas) was great, kind, considerate, clearly communicated. He was very professional. Our only issue of past was how fast dirt stuck to carpet after last cleaning. We are anxious to see if it will stand up to the dirt longer.

Product smells great and completely eliminated the pet urine odor. I love how quickly it dries / how quickly we could get back on the carpet. The technician was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the product and left no trace of him being there once he was done.

You can make an older carpet, under consideration for replacement, like new! Also, the Zerorez operators are always clean, thorough, professional, and willing to take the extra time to do the job right. (And no, I'm not related to anyone at Zerorez.)

Clean, safe and non-toxic. I used another company only once and the chemicals made my feet red and irritated to the point of going to the doctor! My skin is highly sensitive to chemicals, and I have two cats; I don't want them subjected to those chemicals either. Since then, Zerorez is the ONLY carpet cleaner I will use! And the technicians are polite, respectful of your property and very efficient.

Easy to schedule, excellent service.

I didn't realize until after. But there was a great deal for the first 3 rooms. I had my ENTIRE house done. And was gouged on everything after the first 3. If I had paid attention, I'd have done the internet 3 room deal 1/week over a month and saved $.
