On the website it looked like a wash was also included with the vent cleaning service. It used to be, but now it is extra. I didn't know that till halfway through the service and it was pretty much too late to add that. Make sure next time that is clarified on the website. I thought everything offered on the website for the duct cleaning was all inclusive.

the cost however for utah county was a shock 150.00 min just
to come to spanish fork did not match what was advertized
on radio and on mailers please tell the people that price
may vary per your location you may service people from odgen
to payson but the cost varies where you live and that is
not right.

We were told that the appointment was going to be at 3. I left work to accommodate that. The techs arrived at 5:45. They did a good job. Also, the carpet took more than 12 hours to dry.

The reason we had zerorez clean our carpets was because my daughter was sick and had an accident. Because of the accident that carpets still had an undesirable smell to them. Even though we tried cleaning it out with carpet shampoo we could not get all the smell out. So we called Zerorez to get the smell out. Even Zerorez was unsuccessful in getting the smell out.
