I feel like the carpets are clean and look great. However there are a few things I was not happy with:
-I felt like your advertisement was a bait and switch to be honest. The tech said the water was so hot it would remove the 3m treatment and protection we had so if we wanted to keep it protected we had to pay extra for the shield. That is like saying we will wash your car but the paint will come off and we will have to charge you to repaint it. Felt very dishonest.
-the tech was already up selling us before the door had even closed. Perhaps more tact could be used.
- we were told he would arrive in 30 minutes. 90 minutes later we had to call and see when he was coming. He arrived another 45 minutes later. I do not blame the tech. Just poor scheduling.
-we had read all over Facebook that zerorez was nice but you could not get them out if your house for under $200. We didn't believe it but there we were $180 later. We couldn't even afford to put the protectant on all our carpet because our budget was blown before the first strand had been washed.
- I would not recommend zerorez simply on the fact that the prices were high and that was not the expectation that was set when I scheduled. I would not want a friend of mine to be upset by getting hit with all kinds of additional charges and "necessary" fixes to a problem that was caused by them in the first place.
- I also heard that the carpets would be dry quicker than normal carpet cleaners. By the end of the night our baby was crawling on the carpet and was completely soaked. We didn't feel like the carpet was dry for over 24 hours. The same time frame as a regular carpet cleaner.
While I appreciate the product, I now have gone over my budget and will have to look for another service provider the next time I clean my carpets ( which won't be Anytime soon given the amount that I paid. For families on a budget zerorez just doesn't add up.

The workers, were professional, and the results were amazing! We had various coffee and soda stains in our office that came right out.
Chris and Adam were very nice. They knew what they were doing and we enjoyed having them in our home.

I like your product and your service. The man who serviced my floor was personable. He helped me move a number of things into the adjacent room. My only regret is that I noticed that he did not do under my sofa. I was there to help move the sofa, but I was so stunned with the cleanliness of my tile that I forgot to mention it.

Technicians are friendly and my carpet always looks great.
Your associate, Mike, did a great job. He was very polite and respectful. He spent time to explain things before, during, and after the cleaning. The carpets look great! He said that everything was guaranteed. We had clean the urine stain from our sofa and we may need to have him come back because it still has some smell, but it is much better.

My carpet was very wet, you sent another tech out with fans, when the carpet did finally dry out, you can see dark stripes in the carpet. Not sure why. I will be very unlikely to have you clean my carpet in the future.
price is right and the resonse time was within a few days
The citrus smell, the friendly cleaners, how clean the carpets get!
How thorough they are and the carpets look and feel like new
I was very satisfied with my carpets after they had been cleaned. We just bought a new house and we thought we would have to replace carpets. Once you finished cleaning our carpets, we probably won't need to replace them for another few years!
