The tech damaged a wall and did not tell me. He also left the back door wide open while he worked. It was a very cold day and I felt like he could have closed it as much as possible to keep some of the cold out.

The technician said he would email me the quote within 1-2 days. I had to call the office 4 times to get the quote.

The job was quick and clean, but the radio add specifically said there would be no hidden or extra fees and the first thing the girl on the phone told me was that there would be an added $9 water fee.

Those who clean my carpets do an excellent job. The carpets dry fast and they look fantastic. I like, also, that they call give us a accurate time that they will be at our home. Those who clean the carpets have been well trained in their jobs and don't try to talk us into something we don't want. I like the radio and holiday deals you offer on the radio and computer!! I will keep using Zerorez!!!
The technician who came to our home was polite and knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning our carpets. The drying time was much longer than we were told, which we kind of expected. But we were surprised by the hidden costs that we wish we had been made aware of up front, like the fact that the carpet cleaning would remove any stain resistance from the carpet and we would need to have a stain resistant reapplied.
