Clean, safe and non-toxic. I used another company only once and the chemicals made my feet red and irritated to the point of going to the doctor! My skin is highly sensitive to chemicals, and I have two cats; I don't want them subjected to those chemicals either. Since then, Zerorez is the ONLY carpet cleaner I will use! And the technicians are polite, respectful of your property and very efficient.

I didn't realize until after. But there was a great deal for the first 3 rooms. I had my ENTIRE house done. And was gouged on everything after the first 3. If I had paid attention, I'd have done the internet 3 room deal 1/week over a month and saved $.
Best carpet cleaning ever. Knowlegeable and friendly Technican. Great combination! We will use Zerorez again and will tell our friends.

Your technician did a pretty good job. Of course, some purple marker stains did not come out, as explained that any red--purple etc stain is pretty difficult. But overall the technician did well. When I asked him to clean a few spots a little more he did it. He also moved some furniture as needed and put the furniture guards underneath wooden furniture.

You can make an older carpet, under consideration for replacement, like new! Also, the Zerorez operators are always clean, thorough, professional, and willing to take the extra time to do the job right. (And no, I'm not related to anyone at Zerorez.)
