Our consultation and patience of our technician. He took time to answer our questions and resolve concerns. He genuinely seemed to want to help us. Also I love the brush that really gets into the carpet and pulls everything up. I have three cats and six ferrets and you would never know it!Zerorez is my chosen carpet care provider to keep my carpets that way. Thank you!

WE LOVE ZEROREZ! My husband & I are regular ZeroRez customers. I am a Realtor & I refer tons of clients to your ZeroRez. This most recent carpet cleaning was for one of my listings that needed a freshen up & deep cleaning & the carpets look & feel fantastic! I wouldn't dream of using anyone else.

What could we do to improve?

We divided the cleaning of our house into two weekends. When the tech came the second week, he was unaware of anything we had discussed with the tech that came the first week. I would recommend that in the future there is better communication between the techs, especially if agreements are reached during the first visit between the techs and the homeowners to avoid confusion.

I liked that the technician spent the time to talk with me about my options once we looked at each area I wanted cleaned. It was also so easy to make my appointment and mostly, my carpets and tile look beautiful again!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Pricing was quoted at $29/room, with no mention of "extras" when initial quote was given. Ended up with a $350 bill. No where on the invoice was there a $29 room. We feel as though we haven't been victim to the old bait and switch. We will not be recommending Zerorez.

Thanks for talking to us today. I pulled the invoice and you are right. You did not get charged $29 per room, we charged you $30. I see that you had us do one room of carpet. I talked with the technician and made sure he doesn't round up anymore. While going through the invoice, David the technician, also made an error on the carpet protectant. He charged you $3 when it was supposed to be $30. Don't worry about the difference, it was our mistake.
Your total invoice came to $348 because of a large couch we cleaned (at 30% off) and an extensive biological decontamination treatment to eliminate pet odor. I understand the surprise at the total cost.
I'm going to put a gift card in the mail today for your next carpet cleaning if you choose to use us again.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love that it is safe for children. I watched them clean the carpets and I have never seen anything like it. I loved watching how deep the cleaning process was. The suction of the cleaning device was so powerful and I felt very confident it was pulling up more than any other carpet cleaning company out there.

The service was quick and dried Within a day! I didn't exactly like the cost this time though. We got the same space cleaned less then a year ago and it cost 70 dollars less, without any special deals.

Chris did a fantastic job! I wasn't sure if I was going to need to replace the carpet throughout my rental home. It went from bleak to very decent (It's an old home and the carpet is 8 years old.) Thanks for making the carpet last!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was initially given a quote for rooms and stairs. When the technician arrived, I notified him that I would instead be having 4 rooms and the stairs cleaned. He would not back down from the initial quote even though I was having fewer square feet cleaned. Very disappointing.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Was an hour late for the appointment then didn't have a long enough hose. Need better communication with employees. When I asked for an hours notice the next day they said they would call me when they were one appt away. This didn't happen and they gave me a 15 minute notice when it takes me 30 minutes to get there. I was pleased with the job when it was done but it was expensive. I didn't like paying by area I would rather pay by total square footage.

Thank you Leslie for you feedback. We were late to your appointment, I apologize. The customer before you took longer than we expected. We are always working on being more prompt and if we are late, that you know as soon as possible. We'll be talking about this more in our morning meeting.
As for why we charge (per area) because it is easier for most people to understand how may rooms they have rather than how many square feet they have. Giving estimates over the phone would be almost impossible to correct on. We want it to be as easy to understand as possible.

What could we do to improve?

The technician seemed to know what he was about, but after the carpet was dry the area that is most used still had some signs of dirt. We called and he came out again today and redid the high traffic area and we hope that when it is dried and vacuumed tomorrow it will be better. We are still waiting for the voucher for the two night stay of our choice to come via mail, as he indicated it would last Thursday when he was here the first time. IF the carpet looks OK, we would be more likely to recommend the business to others.

Sometime in the high traffic lanes, soil will get down deep at the base of the tufts and when we clean it wicks up as the carpet dries. Our gotta love it guarantee means we come back and get it again - As you've experienced. Thanks for the feedback!

What could we do to improve?

The Upcoming Appointment email stated that a representative would contact me with a more specific time of arrival two days prior to my appointment date. The actual contact came at 5 pm the day before.

What do you like about our products and services?

Great carpet cleaning, love how it dries quickly and stays clean! However, we signed up to receive a vacation voucher with our carpet cleaning and never received it. The woman on the phone told us the technician would bring it, and the technician told us it would be in an email. Neither has happened so far.

I'm glad you loved the cleaning! Now we need to get that voucher out to you. I'm sorry we didn't have one for you at the time of cleaning. We give each technician the exact amount he needs for the day but sometimes we move schedules around and your original tech isn't the one doing the work. We've decided to put an extra on each truck just in case this happens.
