It should not take that long to dry; something went wrong on our end. 4 to 8 hours is what should be expected, but we strive for a 2 hour dry time. If that ever happens we want to know the next morning so we can get an air mover to the house. It is very likely that because of the long dry time, soil from below has wicked to the top. We will come back and re-clean any areas that need to be done immediately. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I love that there is not a residue left behind, the carpets come very clean, and the dry time is faster. On top of that, I have only encountered pleasant employees.

The carpet looks great, and it was really awful before. The technician was polite and professional.
Very friendly and professional. I was skeptical that our grout could be cleaned, but was told that it could. I just think our grout was too light to begin with, and without it being properly sealed at the beginning it was not going to get real clean. Nothing more your company could have done and it looks better, but still felt we spent a lot of money for the level of improvement we got. Nothing against Zerorez though, just disappointed that I decided to do it.
Pete, I really appreciate your faith in us that we did all we could! I'd like to come out and do a couple tests on your grout before we call it uncleanable. Our tile expert will be calling you today to see when is the best time for him to come out and look one more time. Thanks for the feedback.
Fast and worked great
Technician was courteous and friendly, as well as helpful. He explained our options, but left the decision to us as to what we would like to have done: no sales pressure. Did great work.

This was the first I had my grout cleaned and WOW! I looks like it is brand new. My grout was white and now back is to pure white...
Everyone I spoke to on the phone was nice and helpful. The technitian was knowledgeable and communicated well and was very helpful as well.

I liked how friendly and knowledgable and professional your technicians are. Alex was able to tell me all about the science behind the zerorez method of cleaning and did a nifty demo. He seemed to know so much that I thought he was a college chemistry major! The results are what impressed me the most. They got my filthy microfiber glider looking almost like new. And my carpets haven't been this clean since we bought our condo 9 years ago. I think they might be even cleaner!
I loved that the carpet dried quickly. I also loved the idea of no residue left in my carpets.

I don't know what Gilmore residue is, but it sounds terrible! Does have anything to do with the Gilmore girls? I'm glad we got rid of it for you. :)
Keep promises. I booked off of a special offering a vacation package. I mentioned this when I made the appointment. This package has yet to be provided to me.

We do keep our promises - you will get your voucher I promise. Many times during the day we have to re-route technicians to get to your home faster because your original technician may be running behind. So the new tech does't have your voucher that day with them. But we put them in the mail for you the day after the job. I'll double check that it is out today. Thank you for the feedback Kristen.
That my carpet is clean and looks brand new!!! If only my dog hadn't gotten so excited to see my son that he peed on the stairs!!!

They did a great job. They were very efficient and pleasant. This is the fourth time I have used Zerorez and I will use them again as I need more carpets cleaned.

Wait times (on hold) to schedule appointments were long. Inability to schedule specific times for cleaning, rather than a 3-hour window, are difficult for working professionals.
I LOVE the feel of my carpet from the moment that it was cleaned to now over a week later. I LOVE the fresh, none chemical smell when I walk through the door. My son had very dirty pets in the house and it was REALLY bad. I literally felt like vomiting when I entered one room that he allowed the cats to run freely. My boyfriends son is highly allergic to cats;therefore, I couldn't even have his family in my home. After the carpet clean with the go green anti allergy ingredients, I am confident that problem will be resolved. Eddy assured me that he could get the smell out as well and would come back out again if necessary. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I can't say enough about the quality of service and products. The part that I am happiest about is that I am NOT breathing any chemicals in. I would highly recommend this company to anyone especially if you have a tough problem to deal with. Zerorez may add me with my telephone number to any reference list and I would be happy to comment to anyone. Thanks Zerorez for giving me a new home or at least that is what it feels like.
For the most part it looked good. I did purchase at an additional cost a spot and pet stain removal but I noticed later in the day that the spot is still there. Also around some of the edges by the baseboards it is still dirty. I also did not like the additional up selling that went on. Trying to get me to do more areas in the house and additional treatments to the carpet. When I went to pay I found out there was also a $9.00 disposal fee I was never told about. This really did not sit well with me at all. As of right now I could not recommend Zerorez to anyone.

The carpets turned out awesome, and the service was excellent.

This was the first time that the carpet has been cleaned. It took about 36 hours to dry, which we were not prepared for. But the biggest disappointment is that the carpet just does not look as good as before it was cleaned. The carpet seems duller and more worn. It doesn't stand up as well as before it was cleaned.
