I have had other companies come to clean my carpet. They claimed they were just like zerorez only cheaper. My husband let them in because I wasn't home yet. When I got home the first thing I saw was chemicals lining my kitchen. GRRRRR. Needless to say my carpet was cruchy and with in a short time worse then ever! I love that zerorez does just that, leaves no rez no cruch! so there nothing left to attract dirt later!

Make sure carpets are clean in poorly lit areas if you are going to start cleaning after dark. Overall, a good job and the technicians were very good. Just have some areas that didn't come out as clean since it was dark by the time they arrived and I don't have good lighting in my living room. Little disappointing.
I like the fact that there is not a residue. The carpet where the cat left her mark is gone. That really impresses me!

That there are no chemicals.
I've heard the ads on the radio offering "freebies" when you use Zerorez. When I asked about those, your sales rep, your cleaning techs and the customer service person on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. Eventually, the customer service person asked her supervisor who told her to tell me that those "coupons" are all gone. I continue to hear the same freebies offered, every day, all day. Either cut the commercials, or provide enough coupons/freebies to keep everyone happy.
That you don't use any chemicals in your cleaning solution.
Primarily, how well the carpets are cleaned. I like receiving email and voice mail confirmation and honoring the time promised; however, would prefer if the time was in a two hour window rather than a four hour window.
The concept makes sense.

Communication on when appointment is.
On the phone I told the lady I had three areas and a small hallway connecting two of the areas in total the square footage was way less than 600 square feet she told me it should be fine but up to the cleaner well when he got done he not only charged me $20 for the hallway but he tried to charge me for two of the closets because the were "walk ins" again my total square footage is 580 sqft I was " only" charged $20 extra and as a one time deal he threw in the closets I'm not happy at that point but by the time my wife got home that night I was very mad because the carpets were crunchy and they stunk not cool

Fast, clean, and completely changed the color of my 30 year old carpet back to it's original color...
our carpet was actually pretty clean, just needed light cleaning and fluffing except in a couple of places, because is was so clean, the spots that we called to the cleaning people's attention, were not given extra care. those spots are still slightly dirty. i also was quite surprised when i received the invoice after the fact and saw that you charge for your water and disposing of that water! seemed like a way to charge more and it is a hidden charge since you don't get to see the break down of the charges until after all is done. the stairs didn't get dry for more than 24 hours, which seemed too long. there were huge bubbles in the carpet all over the house, which also surprised us, but your salesman reassured us that they would go down and they have. we are missing a computer keyboard and mouse, we have looked everywhere for them. the only people in our home were your people. please understand that we just can't believe that they were taken by them, it's just such a coincidence, and we are definitely not accusing them of anything, but it remains a mystery to us that they have disappeared.

It sounds like we have several issues that need to be addressed or corrected.
1. Our 'Gotta Love it Guarantee' means we will happily come back and reclean any areas you are not impressed with. I would very much like the opportunity to come and make it right.
2. The $9 water and disposal fee is not hidden in any way. We explain it up front when the appointment is made, and remind everyone at the time of confirmation. It is not an extra fee to make money, it is a small fee that helps keep our prices low. If we can charge $9 for the cost of waste disposal per house, I don't have to charge an additional $3 or $4 per area to cover that cost. People that have 4 or 5 areas would be paying $12 to $15. I didn't feel that was fair. Maybe i'm wrong, and people would rather pay higher prices without the idea their is a fee that saves them money in the long run. I will look into that before I say my way is right.
3. The bubbles are called latex displacement. The latex in the carpet expands when wet causing wrinkles. After it's dry, the wrinkles go away. This is a sign that the carpet is not properly stretched and will continue to do this the life of the carpet.
4. Just to be thorough, I brought up our cameras here at the shop and watched as your technician returned from the day. He didn't take anything out of the truck and move it into his or have anything in his hands as he finished unloading his truck.
I would again ask that you give us the opportunity to reclean the areas you are not happy with. We will be more careful to get the carpet dry in a more reasonable amount of time.
