Safe and efficient!
don't know how the driver got the wrong address but that was a little weird. Also there was a promotion coupon for a $25 gift cert for Provo Resort that we could/should have qualified for and didn't get.
Exceptional customer service. Jerom went above and beyond! They tackled some horrible vents and made the place livable again! When I get my carpets cleaned I will have ZEROREZ do it!
PS I would be glad to submit picture that show what they resolved.
The results are fantastic and Porter, the team member, was very professional.

The carpet did not look as good as I hoped it would. The stains were not removed and in fact some of them looked even worse. The traffic areas still looked traveled. I have made it look better with my vacuum. I guess I just had unrealistic expectations. I also did not receive the $25 coupon to Provo Beach resort that was promised in the KSL add I called in from.

We are going to get a technician out there today to reclean those areas and make absolutely sure that we have done everything possible to make that carpet look great!

Initially, it appears the product is good and cleans well. It's only our first time using Zerorez so we like to have a couple of examples of service before drawing definite conclusions. We would use you again if the need arises. The service person was great, courteous, and did a good job.
Your technician worked so hard, my carpet and couches look brand new. Prices very reasonable. I will be calling you again.

The carpets look like new....they did a terrific job on the tile floor and sealed the grout....I love it!
We liked that you let us know when you would arrive and kept us up to date, and came when you said you would, also, our carpets dried fast and look great!
Portable upholstery cleaning machine spewed dirt, dust, and a filmy substance everywhere, causing a huge clean-up afterwards, which we had to take care of. Cleaning solution used left a chemical odor in the air for 4 days afterwards. Some residue was left on the wooden legs of the dining room chairs, which we cleaned off.
In spite of the mess, we were pleased with the overall outcome of the upholstery. The soiled and spotted areas were removed and it looks brand new. The technician seemed knowledgable about the product, and was professional and friendly.

I'm so sorry about the mess our machine made. We've never had any of our portables spew dust or anything before that I am aware of. The cleaning solution that was used has zero VOC's so it worries me that you had any kind of smell that lingered for days.
I am glad that the cleaning we did do brought the chairs back to life for you, but you shouldn't be cleaning up after us when we're done. I'll call you today and together we'll figure out what we need to do to compensate you for our mistake. Thank you Gail for your feedback!

We do price comparisons on a regular basis to make sure that we stay inline with our market. Our last one (about two weeks ago) found that our room rate was $16 less than the largest national brand in our market. And $7 less than the second largest one.
I agree that we are not the cheapest ones out there. We offer something that no other carpet cleaner in the nation can offer - zero residue after the cleaning.
We should be the most expensive one just based on that but we want to offer an experience that everyone can afford; not just the elite.
Customer service was great (which was the first time) - friendly, caring and mannered.

Some sticky stuff was left in places on my carpet that I can't get up and it was not there before the cleaning.

We will be out no later than tomorrow to get that taken care of. Maybe we brought something up from below the carpet and as it dried it became visible. Either way, we are on it!
