Professionalism and quality of the service performed

Rick was amazing. He did a fabulous job. He was friendly, professional and efficient. Our carpets look great. I love that there wasn't any smell and the carpets dried quickly. Literally every spot was removed. Zerorez is number one at our house.

We requested Chris, our service provider, by name because he worked here before and was very good. This time he was thorough, helpful and conscientious. He took his time to make sure the job was done right. I recently had an operation on my rotator cuff in my right shoulder and was having some trouble putting a new drain into the bath tub near the area where he was working, and he took time to help my wife and get it in correctly. It did not take him long, but it was a big help to us. When we sell our house we will ask for Chris again to come and do all the carpets once our furniture has been moved out so the new family can start with a very clean and nice carpet. Please thank Chris for the service he provided my wife and me.

I loved the service. It was super fast and friendly. Two suggestions: after i scheduled my appointment i received two calls to confirm. I know you may be weeding out cancellations, but it was a waste of my time. Second, i was told the floor would take 4-5 hours to dry. 24 hours later i knelt down to reconnect my washer and my knees got wet. I was a bit worried about the carpet being wet after so long.

On time, polite, got most of the spots out.

Chris was very honest, trustworthy and made me feel comfortable with the choice to purchase the pet pretreat. My poor carpets experienced a lot of abuse from renters, leaving me feeling like I was going to have to replace them. Not to mention the pet problem. Chris educated me throughout each step of the cleaning process. The pretreat and the equipment (with the help of Chris) did an amazing job! My hammered carpets no longer need to be replaced and I can be proud of them again.

Zerorez made an offer to clean carpet for $30 for three rooms plus a three night package stay at various locations of my choice. When the technician came to my house, he explained that basically the carpet cleaning wouldn't be any good unless I also purchased your protection agent which is an additional $30 a room! That is twice as much as I was expecting to pay, plus he didn't know anything about the vacation package. Also, there were stains I thought he would get out that didn't come out. Very disappointing

Adam went above and beyond to make sure my carpets were clean.

The technician was prompt and professional. I have three young children who were hard to keep out of the area he was working in but he handled it well and was very kind to them. I also love that I don't need to be worried about cleaning chemicals being on my floors.
