I so appreciated that Morgan explained what was happening as my carpets age and what they would look like - I also liked that it did not take too long to dry. The carpet looks as well as it can for the age it is.

Regarding your invoices #52907 and 52908. Our agreement with ZeroRez was that all organic material (dirt) would be removed from the carpet. There is still some dirt in the carpet at doorways and the more heavily used hallways. I determined this visually then by spraying carpet cleaner on the cleaned carpet in those areas and wipeing the areas with a clean towel. Significant dirt was evident on the towel. I would request that those areas be looked at by one of your reps and additional cleaning be performed the next time a truck is in the area. This is not a great big deal and most of the carpet cleaned looks really good. Payment for these invoices is being sent today. Thank you. First name removed Jacobson Phone number removed.

That you do not use chemicals

I called anticipating getting the offer I heard on the radio for $25.00 per room, but as it turned out I had to pay much more---I was told I had to do two rooms, then there was a $9.00 "water disposal fee", plus I was to have received a voucher for a 2 night 3 day vacation, which I have not yet received, so I was a disappointed on those things. I needed the room cleaned, and we had cleared out the furniture on the second room so we went ahead with it, but I was less than pleased. Then I was told that in order for the spots to be guaranteed we needed to put the spot thing over the carpet, and another $25.00 So it just seemed like it He did clean the opening to one of my rooms that I had cleaned last time, that the spot had come back on, and I appreciated that. I just wish I would have known the other things up front.

It is true we do have a minimum amount of rooms to clean. But it is only 2 rooms so we feel we are reasonable in the amount. Your voucher should have been given to you at the time of cleaning but i'll get it out in the mail today. I'm sorry about not having it ready for you.
Just for clarification, that $25 per room includes pretreating, cleaning and sanitizing. If stains do not come out during the initial cleaning, more aggressive actions will be taken at our customer's option. Those extra steps do have additional costs due to the extra labor involved. I hope that helps explain it better.

How well it works
Profession service. Neat and tidy in their work. Everything was cleaned up in their work area. Most of all the carpets look and feel very clean.
I like the concept of "no residue" build up after cleaning the carpet. I guess time will tell, but right now the carpets look clean and fresh.
Tile grout does not look any better. We asked technician if our grout was cleanable or not. We would have understood if it was not able to be cleaned. He said he had seen worse and it would clean up no problem. Tile is clean but grout looks the same. Very expensive service to have our tile cleaned.

I originally called after hearing the special of $25/room on the radio. I called twice that very day and the phone rang and rang and went to voice mail. When I called the next day, the girl told me that that deal was off! Now I had to pay $29/room! Although I was taken aback, I arranged the appointment on the phone anyway. I specifically asked if there would be a charge for anything else once the serviceman arrived. She said, "no". After the cleaning (which was very professional and well done), I was strongly encouraged to use the "protectant". That added $130.00 to my bill which I was told was a "deal". I think the protectant is overpriced and full disclosure at the time the appointment was made would have been appreciated. Also, the "perk" of the vacation voucher was less than I expected given the processing fee, room tax and selection. I doubt we'll even use it.
