Chris and Israel were great workers! I couldn't believe how clean my carpets were after they were finished! The house didn't smell. The carpets dried quickly! It was great!

Our carpet was not clean. I even pointed out a spot where soda was spilled so that the cleaner would spend extra time on that area. It was as stiff after the cleaning as it was before. We rented a carpet cleaner after and actually cleaned a huge amount of dirt out of the carpet and got the soda out. The stairs were great !!

I'm sorry about the cleaning. It sounds like we could have done a much better job. I will get a technician out there tomorrow to re clean everything, including that spot you had to touch up yourself.
Exceptional job. Our off white carpet was so trashed upstairs we were considering replacing within the next couple of months. The cleaners did just a great job this time that we will not need to replace yet. Thank You!

While the majority looked good, there was still some dirt at room entrances.

I will get a technician out there right away to make sure we removed all of the soil from those entrances. Occasionally high traffic areas are so worn they appear to be soiled, when in reality they are not. I want those areas re-cleaned so we can be absolutely certain that is the case.
I had an area that I paid an extra $50 pet care and the appearance was much worse than when he came. I have always been extremely satisfied with Zerorez before, but this time I paid more than $100 higher than the last two times and was not as satisfied with the work.

I looked up your invoice and saw that our estimate over the phone was for five areas only. The closed out invoice shows that we ended up cleaning those five areas, as well as two sets of stairs at a discounted rate, an extra area and a hallway. This, coupled with the pet treatment is the reason for the difference in price.
I am concerned that the area where the pet treatment was done looks worse than before. I will send a technician out tomorrow to re-clean that area. I'm sorry you were not happy with the results but I promise, we will make it right.

I have always had very friendly service techs. They do a wonderful job and my carpets look amazing when they are finished.
It got the stains out of the carpet and they look refreash.

The first time you came to my home I was disappointed, especially in the stairs. The second time the technician (Mason) was more attentive to stains on the lip of each step. The stairs look much brighter now. The whole room looks cleaner.

I have tried several carpet cleaning services and I have never had such fabulous results. My carpets were dry in more than half of the time and they look great! The carpet looked like new and they were soft and fluffy again. I could tell that there was not the soap residue that is left normally with "traditional" carpet cleaning.
