My tech didn't arrive until 6:20 pm, a little late for a job to be started.

The service rep was very kind and helpful. He worked quickly and efficiently and informed me of all the services available. He was able to get all the old spots out of the carpet and left them looking nearly new.

I truly believe in not only the products which clean without leaving a film or residue, but also in the process. My carpets have never been so fluffy after the other two times they were cleaned by other companies. My technician was so respectful of the house as well.

It seems to clean very well and I'd like to give a positive shout out for Allen Fish. (Not sure how to spell that) but he worked hard to do a great job and wouldn't take a tip. I thought he did a much better job than the gentleman we had last time. Makes your company look so much better! Thanks!

If someone asked who cleaned my carpet, and asked if I liked it I would say yes. I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend Zerorez to someone.

The clean carpet is clean but the soiled carpet is still soiled after zerorez cleaning - too many excuses not enough clean carpet. I wash my clothes they come clean, I was my carpet I expect it to come clean or why bother?
Scheduling our service was convenient and got better with time. Isaias the technician was a pleasure to have in our home. The carpets feel soft after they dried.
