I love how our carpet is clean and soft. It looks like new again. The three step process really does get the dirt out. Israel was really great to work with. He's a very hard worker and very nice. He was very pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend him.

That you use ionized water and not steam cleaning. Your employees are professional.
The person cleaning was friendly, well groomed and thorough in his cleaning. I like the extraction method that does not leave a residue and it dried relatively fast.
We have been customers of Zerorez for 12 or 13 years. The difference is, when other companies clean the carpets, they look great for two weeks, and then the spots return. With Zerorez, we enjoy our like-new carpets for MONTHS! If we didn't have pets, we could go for several months. Fortunately, even with the messes our pets make, and food spills, our carpets are returned to their original beauty. It's AMAZING!

I had certain expectations about carpet cleaning from other cleaners. First, I thought it odd that I was required to vacuum. My previous cleaners did that for me. Second, I wasn't informed about what constitutes an "area". With my other cleaner, small traffic areas could be combined to be one "area". I was really incredulous when informed that my "landing" at the foot of my stairs, an area about 3ft by 3ft would cost $15 to be cleaned after being charged $80 to clean my stairs. Consequently, he did not charge me for that small area. Dry time is another misunderstood matter. Somehow I had it in my head that it would take 2-3 hours to dry. I believe it was an add I heard on KSL radio that mentioned short dry times. I guess opinions vary on what is a short dry time! Anyway, the technician said it would be 6-7 hours. I had originally said I wanted a large room in the basement, stairs and several areas upstairs cleaned, but after all the previous drama, I changed my mind and just went with the basement and stairs. By the way, your machines create large black balls of fuzz that I found around my outside walkway after the cleaning was done. Your technicians were very polite and clean. I did appreciate that they
wore foot coverings. I have no hard feelings, I just realize I like my other company better and will use another again.

It looks like we had several areas where we did not meet your expectations. Let me go through each one:
We ask our customers to vacuum in advance so we don't have to charge for that service. We used to offer to vacuum at a higher price point per area, and 99% of customers chose to do the vacuuming themselves. After a while we decided to just ask customers to do it in an effort to keep our prices lower.
As far as dry times are concerned, we always aim for under 4 hours. The IICRC (a global institute that is the authority on carpet cleaning standards) states that an acceptable dry time is between 4 and 8 hours, but should never exceed 12.
I'm sorry for the mess on your walkway outside. We use a machine that deep cleans and scrubs your carpet, and it separates and balls up loose hair, lint, soils and other particulate. It sounds like some of these fuzz balls fell out as the technician was carrying it to his vehicle. He should have been more careful and cleaned up his mess.
It seems like the biggest thing that disappointed you was our pricing. Carpet cleaners price their jobs in many different ways. They may charge by the square foot, the area, the size of your home, or even how soiled the carpet is. But at the end of the day what matters most is how much your final bill is, and the quality of the job performed. We are one of two companies in the entire nation that has a platinum rating from the Carpet and Rug Institute, and are the only cleaner that leaves no residue in your carpets. We are not going to be the cheapest cleaners out there but I promise we are no where near the most expensive either.
Our carpets look awesome! Israel was our tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. He offered suggestions on how we could get out pet stains and was not in the least bit pushy. Instead of just showing up a half hour early he called to say that he was ahead of schedule and would it be okay to come a half hour earlier then scheduled. We appreciate that so much!

The guy was very nice but he seemed to be in quite a hurry. Our basement looked good but the rest did not look so good. Which was disappointing.
