We are very sorry about the outcome of the job. It is absolutely unacceptable that the carpet took that long to dry. We will find out why that happened and do whatever is necessary to fix any resulting issues. As a general rule it should never take more than 6 hours for carpet to dry. Based on my conversation with your wife, it sounds like your grout just needs to be rinsed more thoroughly. We apologize for not being able to send someone out the same day, but we have someone coming out tomorrow!

I have always loved the way my carpets look after the cleaning. I was also impressed when I had my vents done. The tech I had this time was so attentive to every detail. He worked so hard I felt he needed a break but he never took one until he was finished.
They were fast, informative and nice to work with.
They did a great job of getting some stubborn stains out .
THe carpet looks amazing. Isias was great--very friendly and efficient and he got stains out of the carpet, specifically oil paint that I never thought would come out. I had listened to the Doug Wright ads for years and thought it couldn't be true but it was and I am thrilled with the results. It is expensive, much more so than other carpet cleaning deals but I think it was worth it.
The areas of carpet I had cleaned look and feel cleaner than when we do it ourselves.

They offer a wide range of services that anything I need cleaned in my house, zerorez does. They also will continue to come out and help you fix your problem without nickeling and diming you. I always recommend Zerorez when anyone needs carpets or floors cleaned! Also, loved David! he's been awesome!
Having used another carpet cleaning service for almost 10 years, but with their prices having gone up, I decided to try my first Zerorez at the $29.00 special per room. The initial crew that came to the house were professional, friendly and hard workers. However, it took the carpets several days to dry in spots which seemed to have an oily residue when rubbing my hands over those areas, and those spots smelled like vinegar. SO I called Zerorez back. They were patient in listening to my concerns and sent another technician back out. DAVE was excellent. He completely recleaned both bedrooms. The spots that had been missed the first time were gone over THREE TIMES, the oily residue is gone, the carpets smell fresh. My recommendation is to stick with one carpet cleaning service, as the first Zerorez cleaning probably brought up residue from the old service, and to wait until the carpets are completely dry to check them. I will use Zerorez as my carpet cleaning service from now on. Way to go!

don't know how the driver got the wrong address but that was a little weird. Also there was a promotion coupon for a $25 gift cert for Provo Resort that we could/should have qualified for and didn't get.
Exceptional customer service. Jerom went above and beyond! They tackled some horrible vents and made the place livable again! When I get my carpets cleaned I will have ZEROREZ do it!

The carpet did not look as good as I hoped it would. The stains were not removed and in fact some of them looked even worse. The traffic areas still looked traveled. I have made it look better with my vacuum. I guess I just had unrealistic expectations. I also did not receive the $25 coupon to Provo Beach resort that was promised in the KSL add I called in from.

We are going to get a technician out there today to reclean those areas and make absolutely sure that we have done everything possible to make that carpet look great!

Initially, it appears the product is good and cleans well. It's only our first time using Zerorez so we like to have a couple of examples of service before drawing definite conclusions. We would use you again if the need arises. The service person was great, courteous, and did a good job.
Your technician worked so hard, my carpet and couches look brand new. Prices very reasonable. I will be calling you again.

My tile grout is 2 different colors. My carpet stayed wet for 2 days and i cannot ell a difference in the traffic areas that were cleaned vs. before they were done.
Zerorez came highly recommended to me but i am not one bit impressed. A lot of money and it looks worse than if i had nothing done. When i notified the office, they couldn't get someone back out the same day??
