We have used you guys before many times. I thought they did a good job on cleaning our carpets, I was just really disappointed in the pricing. I have never been charged over $300.00 to get half of my upstairs cleaned. In the past, the most I have spent is $150.00 and I have had more areas covered. I just feel kind of ripped off. I think I will try different cleaners next time. I just cant afford to spend a small fortune to get my family room cleaned and a flight of stairs. I have referred many people to you in the past and I will be really embarrassed if they are being charged this kind of money as well.
Let me just reiterate that they did a good job cleaning.

Setting up the appointment was cumbersome and not clearly explained. I think you may have received a lot of response to your 2-day special and the receptionists were too busy.

As for the work done, I've had better work result. There were dirt spots not completely taken out and the carpets were soaked! I understand how steam cleaning gets the carpets wet but this was perhaps too wet. I have decided to continue using my usual carpet cleaning service.

I think you should include your water residue charge of $9.00. I was told, all right, but I think it is better if included in the quoted price. Our carpet looks good.

In all honesty, when I had zerorez out a couple of years ago, I had a horrible experience (the technician ran out of zerorez water so he filled up with water from my hose, left major suds in my carpet in a high traffic area, left my stairs with dirt marks on the risers). However, my husband convinced
me to give them another chance and it was a totally different experience. "Rick" was amazing. He took the time to test a piece of my carpet to determine its makeup. Here explained to me the entire process (much more involved than my last zerorez process). He did an incredibly thorough Last name removed and was friendly and conversant whenever I had a question. He even brought up things I never would have considered. Rick changed my entire opinion of zerorez. I even requested for him to come back on Friday when I have my kitchen tile cleaned.

Stairs are too expensive! $5 for 30 seconds of work, why so much? It cost me $120 just for the stairs. My total was $320 and I didn't have ALL my carpet cleaned because I couldn't afford it.

Hi, I hate to complain, but I was very disappointed. The carpet was left very wet and the edges of the stairs were not well cleaned. I thought that the carpet would have "zero residue" and be perhaps at most slightly damp. It took 3 days to fully dry and it is sort of crunchy now. Additionally, my carpet is 100% wool and wetness is bad for wool. I think this very wet cleaning could potentially shorten my carpet life. So...I will not be calling again...nor would I recommend zerorez. Thank you for asking for my feedback.

Quality of cleaning

The two men who came to my home were very polite and helpful and I liked that they wore
platic over their shoes whilst they cleaned my carpets and came in and out of my home. The whole house smelled nice after they had finished cleaning the carpets and the whole experience was good!
