Chris was very honest, trustworthy and made me feel comfortable with the choice to purchase the pet pretreat. My poor carpets experienced a lot of abuse from renters, leaving me feeling like I was going to have to replace them. Not to mention the pet problem. Chris educated me throughout each step of the cleaning process. The pretreat and the equipment (with the help of Chris) did an amazing job! My hammered carpets no longer need to be replaced and I can be proud of them again.

Zerorez made an offer to clean carpet for $30 for three rooms plus a three night package stay at various locations of my choice. When the technician came to my house, he explained that basically the carpet cleaning wouldn't be any good unless I also purchased your protection agent which is an additional $30 a room! That is twice as much as I was expecting to pay, plus he didn't know anything about the vacation package. Also, there were stains I thought he would get out that didn't come out. Very disappointing
Adam went above and beyond to make sure my carpets were clean.
The technician was prompt and professional. I have three young children who were hard to keep out of the area he was working in but he handled it well and was very kind to them. I also love that I don't need to be worried about cleaning chemicals being on my floors.

The tech and the job he did rated a 9 or 10, BUT ...
I would rate the individual I talked with when I first called to schedule the service at 4 or 5. As we spoke you could tell he was just "doing his job." There was no attempt made to relate to me. When I first talked with him I told him exactly what I wanted done and asked what it would cost. As our conversation continued he would seem to forget how many rooms or which rooms I wanted done. Finally, when he summarized the order it was still a little off, but I was too frustrated to correct him. My wife had a similar experience with the lady who called to tell us exactly when the tech was coming.

We put a lot of effort into training our staff on the phones so we are very disappointed when they fail to give you a positive experience. We spoke with the person that took your call and corrected some things that he did poorly so that it will not happen in the future. Overall, my Zerorez experience couldn't have gone better. I was impressed with the entire process, staff and most importantly, the results. The gentleman who performed the cleaning, Alex, was professional, courteous and thorough. He did an excellent job of explaining the Zerorez difference and then delivered on that. Our carpets haven't looked this clean since they were first installed. I'd recommend Zerorez to anyone interested in cleaning their carpets and turning back the clock a few years on them.
