The technician took time to explain and attended to my carpet needs. He didn't seem in a rush and seemed to really like his job. Happier this time with Chris. Didn't like the work before because there was too much water left in the carpet and it took 3 days to dry. I had the fan overnight and would recommend it in the future. The fan is a big help. I had the heavy water bucket (don't remember what you all call that) put in the pet area and it was still wet this last time 2 days later, so maybe I need the fan on that area next time for 24 hours.

The cleanup went better than expected. Bad stains were removed and there was no extra charge unlike many carpet cleaning companies I've used in the past. The technician came on time, looked very professional, and completed the job in less than 45 minutes.

The carpets look great when you finish!!
Only problem was the stairs. The leading edges of the carpet were dirty, as I pointed out to the gentleman who gave me the estimate. Some of the stairs were done well, others are still dirty. I called, and have an appointment April 29th. I appreciate your professionalism!

I liked how clean the carpets look but felt it was a little pricey to what I have spent in the past for cleaning.
You clean better than others I've tried - and I've tried several. I also like that you don't leave residue that I have to vacuum up after the carpet is dry AND worry about dirt getting stuck to.
I like the system! I have found your people to be great to work with.
The carpet was like new again, fluffy and soft. The color was even the same as when it was new. We have had the carpet cleaned twice before and the result was not the same. We were very pleased with the job that your company did. We have already recommended your company to others. (Please do not use my name because the other carpet cleaners are friends.)

It seemed to do a very good job at cleaning the carpet. My only concern would be for how wet the carpet was left. However, I'm not sure anything can be done about that.

Through the years I have tried many different carpet cleaners. I found that traditional carpet cleaning methods would leave the carpets looking clean for only a few days, eventually the carpets became dirtier and dingier than they did before the initial cleaning. Zerorez, however, is different. The carpets always come out looking cleaner and maintain the fresh clean look for a very long period afterwards.
