Well i thought you guys would be able to get my carpet clean free of spots but it didn't turn out that way. You guys got it some what clean but i might have to get it clean again to get the rest of the spots out it was kind of Disappointing. But the guy who cleaned it was really nice..

I requested a specific time for the carpets at our office to be cleaned. Zerorez was on time, very professional and did a great job on the carpets. I would definitely recommend them-in fact, I will be calling to get my home carpets cleaned by them.

What I liked the best was the professionalism and care of your technician.

I had to have the person come back to redue an area that didnt get touched was not even damp like the rest of the area and that was the area where it was the most traffic. He miss several spots and the edges as well. He said he did them but when he came back and re-did the area he apoligized and you could see a total difference.
Afterward I noticed other areas that didnt look like had been touched either but did not call him back. You can usually tell because it looked just the same in these particular spots. I beleive the system is a good cleaning system, but the individual who does it has to be thorough and he wasnt at all. Thanks Name removed

No residue and clean carpets. Service techs are great and always on time.

I was suppose to receive a billing statement for the carpet cleaning by email immediately following job. The stain resistant solution he put on took less than a couple of minutes. I was told before Adam came out that I would only be charged for 5 rooms, because the hallway connecting 2 rooms was just a few feet. He charged an additional $25 dollars for hall - and stain resistant was $150. for 2 minutes work. Is this standard?

Scheduling correctly and informing customers about times/changes.

I am still waiting on the email estimate from the service tech who came out to give us the estimate. It is imperative to us so we can get the official estimate to the renters who caused the smoke and pet damage to our home/carpet, and to the buyers who have just bid on our home. Also, for a company who doesn't use "expensive and harsh chemicals" you are prices AWFULLY steep.

Carpets look like new. Since Zerorez came the first time we have never used any other carpet cleaner.

I like best of all the cleanliness of the carpets or furniture after they are cleaned! They do not attract dirt afterward, so they stay clean longer. Also, I like the suggestions on how to keep the carpets clean and in better condition longer (protectant). Finally, the service is always great. The technicians are very good at their jobs...polite, efficient, and respectful.

Fix the oil leak in your truck it left a big stain in my driveway

It was a miracle! I thought we were going to have to replace our carpets but after Zerorez came, my carpets looked almost new!
