I like the way the carpets are cleaned. I have used Zerorez for years. I was a little surprized by the charge for the hallway and the water disposal.
Everything was very professional. I liked the way they called ahead of time, and also just before they would arrive. The man doing it was extremely polite and helpful. Also, there wasn't a toxic type smell with the products used.

The only draw back I noted is the strong & lingering odor of the carpet cleaner/protector/antimicrobial treatment. I'm not sure which has the odor, but it lingers for awhile (3 days at least) and it's strong enough to affect my asthma significantly. I've had a fan going & the windows/doors open and that has helped, but it's still hanging around. Otherwise, I love the work done at my home.

It is a concern to me that there is a lingering odor. The disinfectant that we used in your home is 100% botanical and the primary ingredient is thyme oil. The protectant that we spray down is basically teflon, which your carpet is already coated with when it comes out of the factory. I will speak with your technician today and follow up with you to find out what is going on with the odor. Thank you for letting us know.
The carpets are always clean after the service, with no soapy residue. They stay clean! We had Zerorez clean our lounge chairs at an earlier visit, and they still look so beautiful...just like new. The service techs are always polite and do a good job.

The carpet looks so great - I am very happy with it. The technician, Keith Call, explained
exactly what he was going to do and why and he gave me an opportunity to explain any of my
concerns about some of the stains. I definitely will have Zerorez come back the next time.

We have had my mothers white carpet cleaned twice in the past two years and we were very impressed with your services. We unfortunately went with another company two years ago and were not impressed with the results!
We were working under the assumption that the 200 square foot room promotion was for the area of a room they were cleaning. Via phone I was told that our family room was more than 300 square feet. (which it is not) and the area they were actually cleaning was substantially less than 300 feet. We when into this estimating about $100 - the bill ended up being $149. A substantial increase?

I looked up your invoice to make sure there weren't any discrepancies. You were quoted the price of 100.00 over the phone for a total of 4 areas at 25.00 each. When our technician arrived, you asked him to clean an oversize family room (which after being measured was over 300 square feet), a master bedroom, an additional bedroom and two hallways. He also cleaned a master closet and another area at no cost. The only change we made to the invoice was the two hallways that you added when he arrived, which totaled 40.00. The rest (a 40 dollar value) was done at no cost. Please feel free to call me if you have any further questions.
Tech was fast....very friendly and efficient. He communicated well and carpets looked awesome!
I would prefer it if the person cleaning the carpets didn't try to upsell me carpet protectant, etc. I was thankful he treated the area that had toilet water but the other areas I didn't want anything other than regular cleaning. I told the guy we are moving and then he proceeded to give me the spiel even though it's not my house and we will only be in it for a few more weeks. It seemed like he was required to ask me if I wanted all the upgrades. He was EXTREMELY professional and nice and my beef is not with him. He did a great job and was fast and friendly. I guess I just wish we could have gotten the sales pitch out if the way on the phone when I scheduled the appointment.
