Looks clean, and friendly people who do the cleaning. The last one was not, and lectured us on the poor condition of our carpets. His name was Alfredo. I was dreading that he would come again, but was happy to see it wasn't him. I've had grandkids living with me, and as most parents know, sometimes it is impossible to keep kids from spilling on carpets.

You are always able to make my carpets look great. Also the cleaners are always professional and efficient

One concern is expecting a $25.00 per room and then paying an additional &30.00 per room to get the protectant for our carpet that cleaning takes off our carpet. This information should be given by the person who is setting the appointment before the technicians arrive. The technicians sent did a great job and were efficient. It is yet to be seen if the protectant makes a difference.

After seven years of wear and tear from 5 kids and their friends, 95% of the stains have come out and my carpet looks great. We thought we needed to replace the carpet, but I think we will get several more years out of it now. Fantastic!

Tech was very professional and worked hard, had a hard time getting someone to job to give esti ate and look at rugs.

Carpets are very clean and there is no crusty residue. Service techs are polite and well trained.

Cost is the only thing that may prevent me from using Zerorez again.

I was told when I scheduled that they would be here between 8:00 and 12:00 and then when they called to confirm they told me 10:00 and 2:00. I was glad they ended up coming at about 11:00. But you could be more consistent on your times.

I would recommend but also let them know that you will try to up the price and sell extra services that you hadn't planned on getting. This is not anything against the technician, but I have used two in the past two weeks and that seems to be the way they are trained through your company.
