i like the green aspect of the product. I think the tec. did a good job cleaning thoroughly. i also liked the carpet roller, pre-treatment. I did not get a survey sent to me that was a more through one. I also need a written statement/guarantee for the granite counter tops life time sealant. Please call Kerri at Phone number removed

Zerorez cleans better than any auto detailer. After a couple of days the car seats would be stained again from the soap residues left behind. I don't have that this time.
That's what I love to hear. The best part about our technology is that it works on just about everything you would normally need detergents to clean. I'm glad you noticed the difference. Thanks Matthew!

carpets came clean
I was not told that a very small hallway was not included in the cost of the room it is attached to (the total area was still well under 200 square feet). Rather, the guy just went ahead and cleaned it and then told me I had to pay extra after the fact.

How well they clean the high traffic areas, and I like the spot cleaner as well. I use it between cleanings.
You were out to clean our dryer vent, 2nd. time in two weeks. After the first visit our dryer lasted three loads before it burned out a part because it couldn't vent out. This 2nd. visit was required to correct the short fall on the first. Make sure the vent is totally clear before you leave the 1st. time.
