Your technician was very informative
The gentleman who cleaned our carpets came right on time. After accessing the areas he immediately began his work and made every effort to clean the carpets with special attention to troubled spots. He was courteous but not overbearing. We were extremely pleased with his work. Our carpets look wonderful.

Long lasting, quick drying. With other companies carpet returns to it's normal dirty look within a few weeks, but zerorez lasts over a year and when you are moving furniture that saves a lot of hastle.

Zerorez is fast and dependable. They got all the worst spots out of my carpet and cleaned it so well that it smells fresh and new.

Our carpets are now spotless after being very dirty. And all for a cheap price
They were very efficient and friendly. We are very happy with the cleaning job they did for us.
I liked that the carpet was clean when he was done. The pretreatment spray smelled lemony and there was only the smell of wet carpet when he finished.
Cleaners assured me that carpets were almost dry and would be completely dry within an hour or so. In fact carpets are STILL wet and I am trying to dry them out with fans. They did a beautiful job on upholstery, however, and were very careful not to track dirt into the house.
Dry times that long are unacceptable. I'm sorry it has taken so long. I will have a technician out there right away to drop off fans and stop the mildew growth by applying a disinfectant.

It smelled very nice and DID the job. Carpet is as clean as its ever been.
My front room was clearly not cleaned well the first time. Someone came back a 2nd time and did a small area that was bugging me and got it really clean. Then after he left, and the carpet dried, you could see even more of a difference compared to the rest of the room. I've called again (embarrassed) and someone will be coming out again tomorrow. I believe you are making it right- just frustrated it has taken 3 times.

I would be incredibly frustrated too! I will make sure we get it right this time. We also need to ensure that there are no issues below the carpet so that soil is not wicking up during the drying process. I will get with the next technician we will send out ahead of time and prepare extra well. Thank you so much for your patience and for the review.
The service person was very professional and friendly. He was able to get all the stains out and made my carpets look like new compared to other outfits. He even did a test strip on my tile and I was very impressed. I will have you come back to finish the tile once I'm done painting. Thank you.

I like the professionalism of your service staff. Chris was very knowledgable and friendly and truly cared about making sure I was happy with the services provided. I had a pet pee problem and he wanted to make sure my problem was taken care of to my satisfaction. I have already recommended my friends and neighbors to ZeroRez. They are going to put a big group together and have ZeroRez come and clean all their carpets in the neighborhood. Thanks for a job well done.
